I went there with my daughter and grandchildren. They purchased some sneakers because she had a 10.00 off coupon. I noticed that they offer 10 percent senior citizens discounts on Tuesday.

Great for shoe shopping,my daughter bought shoes for school and I bought some for myself,easy to get around in store and great layout.

I had a really good experience. In and out mask are required also social distance. The cashiers was friendly and had a great attitude. There sale was totally awesome even there clearance was easy to access. They kindly make announcements so that every guest has a great experience. I will be visiting them again very soon. Thanks😊

Yesterday I returned several pairs of shoes and a gym bag...I had several different receipts and got really confused about the whole process...Very long story short, the clerk Arlysia and manager Veronica were sooooooo patient and kind with me as we tried to sort thru my orders and receipts....BTW the shoes were very comfortable and adorable...I just got carried away buying so many because of the great holiday sales.......its hard to find really comfortable shoes and shoe carnival has some of the best...Great store, great shoes, great prices, GREAT EMPLOYEES and managers!!!

Shoe Carnival is a great store for great shoes. We visited the store and met the manager, Tiffany, who was busy taking care of pricing shoes for their wonderful promotion. She did an excellent job helping us with our purchase. We could not have been more satisfied! We will definitely visit again soon.

I have a 4 year old. Great assistance, I was able to use information I'd thought I never use? She ask if my daughter was tall as another 4 year old she helped. I replied taller, she's in the 87th percentile in height for children her age. Really, I can actually use this information. And she rung me up.. Great job team.

Great store, may only have select items, but you would be surprised about what you actually find.

My family and I were here Black Friday shopping. I had the worst experience last year at this location very hesitant to come back. Met a lady name Anteria she done an amazing job helping us find what we was looking for. My oldest child Mia has autism kept roaming around the store so if you understand it was very hard for me to keep a eye on her and 3 others. Luckily While she spent time with others customers making sure they were satisfied she also help my daughter find now her favorite boots. Literally thought I’ll be in the store forever but with Anteria patience with Mia and work ethic she had us in/out with the best shoes. I will change my 1 star with 5 keep up with the great work.

Good selection for our being the last day before school starts! Line was short, customer service was excellent!!!

They make sure you get the shoes you want in your size without missing the sale that's going on. They always offer help but will let you browse & do your thing.

Very good shoe place different choice was with friend so didn't stay long but the bit I seen was good.
