Dillard's

Haven't been there since I was about 10 years old. I'm now 53. I didn't know which way to go. The store is really bigger than I can remember. I was looking for my 91 year old grandmother some flannel gowns but the receptionist said they didn't have the flannel but they had something else which was also winter material and I had to get it for her. She love it so much that I have to go and get her some more. Thanks for the help.

It smelled clean nice like is always does .
Dujour came out with a new perfume called jayador. I definitely would have bought some but I already spent money at another place. They had some cool outfits that they had placed out. They didn't look too busy but it's now clean and had that Dillard's smell that has been there ever since I was a child

So every year we always have Christmas in the spring bc we live in Maryland! So my son received a cologne he already had.. way past the return exchange period. We talked to the nice ladies at the counter and it took awhile for the manager to call back. But they exchanged it for him with no problem. With the return label attach and box unopen you should be allowed to exchange with no extra issues… but I was glad they took care of us & they were very nice! Thanks cologne counter! Then we went over to women’s fragrance and purchased something else!

Found exactly what I wanted then they made a gift basket for it. Very nice.

I liked the clean atmosphere and friendly employees from the moment I walked in I felt like I picked the right store to shop in. The escalator was down so I took the elevator to the top floor. The housewares section was well stocked and I found exactly what I needed. The bedding dept was well maintained and the displays gave me some good ideas. I found the check out experience fast and everyone working seems to enjoy working here

Love Dillard's so much, 3 floors of wonderfulness! The lady at the Estee Lauder counter, Holly, was so delightful and really cared about helping me find the right products. Would highly recommend!!!

I sure wish I could remember the young lady name that helped me out the last couple times I went . I had to find something for my son's funeral and she was patient and very helpful . I appreciate that very much

I absolute love this 3 story store! There is SO much to look at! The workers there never asked me if I needed help or anything, but if you walk up to a worker, they will be more than happy to help.

Good ole Dillard's. Still there and good as ever.

Went in looking for a bra for my 16 yr old Daughter. The Sales Person was very knowledgeable about the products. She was able to fit my daughter perfectly, so much so that I actually purchased two bras instead of one. If you're unsure about your size and need assistance in purchasing a good bra make Dillard's your go to place. Definitely a five-star rating

It's so nice to quietly shop. No one bothers you and when they do they are super helpful. Need more Louis V wallet options tho... 😏

This was the First place we ever purchased my granddaughter's new clothes. They where priced good. So adorable. Great selection. Store was clean and organized. We enjoyed shopping with them when we lived there. :). Miss this place.

My daughter and I were shopping for prom shoes. We showed the sales associate, Ms Lynette Voisin, a photo of her dress, and she began suggesting shoes. She was so patient, kind and helpful. My daughter left with a beautiful pair of shoes to compliment a gorgeous gown!! She's awesome!! Whenever you're in the store, ask for her!!

This is the first time I have ever reviewed anything on the web because my experience in this department has always been a great experience. Dillard’s hires “the best” when it comes to lingerie. I usually only went to Dillard’s (DH Holmes) all my life until my daughter moved to Dallas and there I was shopping. But found my bras so uncomfortable and went back to Dillard’s for a new fitting. GREAT experience. Justine would not let me go until I had the perfect fit. She walked me through the steps to a “right” fit. She made me feel so comfortable in the process was friendly, knowledgeable, and OH how I love someone waiting on me in this department. I don’t have to dress and undress. Justine asked a few questions, looked at me and knew what I needed. Thank you Dillard’s and especially Justine.

Mom passed away an I was looking for a particular dress l knew I would find just what I needed an I did was so pleased she always loved their clothing thank u so much for your service love shopping at Dillards

Staff is always friendly and willing to help. My last trip I honestly spent more than I should have but the staff was so great and didn't pressure me at all!
