The staff was very pleasant and helpful…the approval process was pretty smooth Josh Sheldon was my dealer and he was awesome real nice guy to work with and the manager was very pleasant as well… I’ve never been offered an Uber from my home to them so I could could purchase my car without the hassle of trying to figure out how to get the other car back so that was super great!!!. I have purchased a car here before and that went smooth as well don’t hesitate to come here if you’re needing a car !!!! More than likely you’re gonna be leaving with one the same day because they definitely will work with you yo get you In something you can afford. 😉

Went into the place today and was kinda down about getting a car. Aaron and Ms. Jen really took time out to make me feel comfortable about the buying process. I was truly shocked and pleased with the car and with the service. I am telling everyone they need to come here.

My fiance and I were looking to purchase a vehicle. We have had the best experience with this car dealership due to Aaron, he is a program consultant there and was our salesmen. He was very informative, understanding, and helpful. He made our process a breeze. He met all of our needs plus more. He really went above and beyond. We will be purchasing another vehicle in a year and will definitely be at Byrider to request Aaron. Also we will be referring family and friends who may need to make a car purchase. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!!
I cannot adequately express just how incredible Aaron and Jennifer were during my purchase!
They made it HAPPEN!! The dealership closes at 5pm! Jennifer called me around 4:30pm, knowing my situation and me desperately needing a vehicle, she ordered me an Uber at around 4:45pm, got me to the dealership, and her and Aaron stood until 8:30pm to finalize my deal! Not to mention it was her birthday!! She shared one of her birthday cupcakes with me, had the best attitude and made sure she did all she could to help the deal go through! Aaron was incredibly professional and patient! Making sure I knew all of my options in selecting the right vehicle for myself and kept assuring me that he was there for me as long as I needed him to be, regardless of how late it was getting! They went above and beyond and I am truly grateful! I got a great vehicle with great a warranty with no money down! If you're in need of a vehicle and your credit has held you back, YOU NEED TO COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP! Not only do they make it happen, but the service is far above par! They raise the standard and make you feel like family!

The help I received from Jennifer Bruno was absolutely outstanding. She was very professional, thoughtful, and thorough. As busy as that place gets she was still able to be very personable and show care for her customers. With her expertise I got approved and rode off the lot with a wonderful vehicle. Not to mention if your credit is challenged this is a great place to get yourself back on track. I came into my appointment a few minutes early and Michael got started right away. He was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I'm very happy I made the choice to go to J.D. Byrider. Honestly after driving around all day to car dealerships they was the only one who worked with my down payment and bad credit. Before I called them I gave up hope that I was gonna find a car today. They was very attentive and understanding of my past credit issues. They made a deferred plan for my down payment and my regular car payments. Which worked best for my paycheck dates. I left there with a nice black Volkswagen with good mileage. Getting a car from them will really improve my credit over the next few years. Thank u Al. I appreciate all your help.

I've been searching since feburary for a new vehicle but it's hard when u may not have the best credit they still get the job done as far as getting u in a vehicle. I'll recommend anybody and I plan on getting all my future cars from them too. When I talked to Jen over the phone she gave me more confidence and less doubt and worrying on the negative side , which I was at first. She kept her word.
