Great selection and fair prices. Unlike many other local beauty supply stores they offer sales on wigs and other merchandise.

Always a fast and easy check out. Store is really clean and organized. Temperature checks are required upon entry which gives me a sense of security. Marcy the customer service rep in the wig department is thee bomb! She was on point , attentive, and just over all helpful.

Nice and very big! I need more time and money. Only went in 10 mins before close, got hair supplies. 😫I’m coming back😉

I have been in the Atlanta area for 7 years and this was my first visit to this particular store, it was an amazing experience! I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped in the door but Miss Marci in the back wig area was the reason for the five stars, she helped and answered any questions I had about the wigs without any attitude and she had a genuine smile and spirit about her. I will only shop at this store from now on!! 🥰🥰🥰

My go to! Love this place. The prices are great. Like the Walmart of hair stores lol. Staff is friendly, Marcia in the wig department is amazing. She is always patient, helping me find what I need. Every time I go into this store, I spend at least 45 minutes to find hair and end up buying other things I don’t need(belts, makeup, lashes, earrings)

So I've been going to this Beauty Master over the last 2 years. Today when I went, I was pleasantly surprised by the employees working in the wig department. I was helped immediately by Marcy, who was so pleasant and helpful. She showed me a variety of pieces based on what I liked, talked me through them, helped me style them and also showed me and other customers care products she recommends for each type and why. Because of her customer service skills, I bought 2 wigs instead of 1. I have literally never been treated so well at any Beauty Master. Typically at the Beauty Master chain, the employees working in this department rush you, restrict you from trying on a variety of wigs and don't seem to have any interest in actually helping customers find the right pieces. This is difficult because the wigs mostly do not have price tags on them so you need attention from the people working. I hope that Marcy and her co-worker that was there today stay working at this location. It has become my favorite overnight!

Marcy is the absolute best! She took her time and answered all of my questions and suggested wigs for me. I wasn't the only one in the wig section and I watched her take her time with everyone. Her customer service is absolutely great and she should be giving ana in patience. I wasn't even sure if I was going to get a wig when I got there and ended up leaving out with two. I would definitely go back to her!

Very good place to shop for wigs at a reasonable price. Job well done Marcie, very outstanding associate. My and I was very please on what we bought and the help she gave us. My you'll keep hiring customers service skills people in your business. I am not going to tell you that your cashier customer service person had the same attitude because she didn't have great customer service skills. Need more training interactive skills as an associate.

Great place. Customer service was fantastic. Took my elderly mil to buy a wig Marce, was so patient and kind and gave is such a personal professional experience. The mgr Samba was friendly, kind and makes sure his customers are well taken care of. This location is my goto spot

I was mesmerized walking through the many isles of this store. Hair products, skin care, accessories, wigs, braids, appliances clothing, fragrances, and practically anything you need along these lines, can be found in this place. The staff was courteous and helpful, as was the security officer. This was my second visit to this location. I will be a return customer.

Covid-19 is real and your Temperature 🌡 is checked before entering, period. And I like that. 😷 in place...I found all encountered staff members working, smiling and assisting other shoppers. I too asked for help and the representative willingly provided knowledge and assistance. Great service 👍

I visited the old nagional.location and Marcy was very courteous and knowledgeable of her wigs selection. She helped me to pick out two wigs that I am very happy with. Great service.

Marce in the wig Dept is da bomb! She was very helpful and most importantly she was very knowledgeable about the wigs. Today was my very first time purchasing a wig and she took the time out to help me choose a wig that was the right fit for me. I most definitely will return to purchase more wigs with Marce’s help. I love the variety of hair products they have in this store!! I found one particular hair care set I thought was discontinued and it was cheaper than I had paid 5yrs ago for it. You get great customer service when you go in here.
