Great place to take your car. I've been taking mine there for a few years now, and they've always been great. Customer service has been good. Sometimes I'll need rides to/from, and they always arrange these. One key factor for me in mechanics is honesty, since most of us don't know enough about cars. The Roger Marion guys will tell me, and not charge me, when something *doesn't* need to be fixed, or if they suspect they made a mistake. That's huge. And of course they also do a great job. Recommended.

Roger Marion has done work on the vehicles that myself and several people I know. Everyone who works for him is kind and courteous and his prices match if not beats others. I highly recommend Roger Marion Automotive for anyone looking for that hometown feel!

Had a small problem I couldn't find. They told me what it most likely was in like 5 minutes or less. Then told me it would be much cheaper if I could do it myself. Not a hard swap and saved me tons of money.

Great service starting from the time they answer the phone to the end when you pick up your vehicle. Excellent quick turnaround and they fixed up my truck $90 less than Meneike quoted. Will definitely return.

Heading up to the mountains from Greensboro, no air conditioning. Stopped here at Roger Marion!
They took excellent care of us right away, fixed our air conditioning and we were on the road within 45 minutes. They were attentive, friendly, and had a great air-conditioned office for us to wait in. I highly recommend this family owned business!

Roger Marion has kept our vehicles running for over 25 years. He kept our kids cars running while in college and he keeps my 98 yr old mothers 1990 something Buick in top shape, so she didn't get stranded somewhere.

Let me start by saying I was in NC on a business trip and heard a very loud noise coming from under the hood. You can imagine the FEAR that needing car repairs as an out of state individual.
Having what looked like a very FULL schedule of business the owner still took the time to personally look at my truck and determined that it needed a Belt. I explained that I had just dropped my wife off at a restaurant down the street and would run pick her up and be right back. Mr. Marion instructed an employee to get a vehicle for me to go pick her up so he could get started on the repairs. WOW, he had known me all of 2 minutes, WOW. I picked up my wife and returned to his shop while they made the repairs. Knowing that we were under tremendous time constraint as our girls needed to be picked up 3 hours away. They completed the repair so fast and with no appointment and the cost was...wait for it.... probably less than if my shop back home had done it. WOW!
The only negative to our experience was one of the guys in the office ate most of the sushi my wife bought for lunch...ROFL, just kidding. He is actually my hero as every piece he ate was one less my wife wouldn't try to make me eat, Thank you!

First time using this shop yesterday. Pricing is fair, work is timely and honest. I had to get my starter replaced. The job was done in less than 24hrs. Great quality shop!

I've been going to Rogers for years now. He gave me a spare tire when I was broke and starting a new job and had a flat. I've continued going to his shop after I got everything together and he's been the best mechanic I could imagine. Took me three weeks to get back to him to pay for the tire he gave me. Recently went to him to fix a nail in my tire and he fit me in. Also replaced a break light for me. On a scale of 1-10 it doesn't justify his service. He's kind and does what he can for people. I couldn't recommend a better place to have work done on your car.

I heard about Roger Marion because my partner's family has used this shop for years. Went for a tire replacement and alignment and the service was great! Very friendly, professional, and you even get a lender car to use if your service is going to take a few hours. I definitely recommend this shop!

My family and I have been going here for years. There’s a reason for that; the level of honesty and transparency is unmatched. For me, as someone who doesn’t understand cars too well, I’ve always experienced great communication. They not only tell me the problem, they explain it and teach me how to recognize, avoid, and deal with the issue for future reference. What I am most appreciative about is their understanding of how essential our cars are to us. They always get the job done properly but also in a timely fashion. I would 10/10 times recommend anyone go here for their car troubles.

Awesome service here today! Dropped in unexpected needing a car inspection and they worked me right in. Staff here was very friendly and I will be back for any mechanic needs. They give you an honest vibe and I didn’t feel sold to or deceived like many other places.

You always get great service at a great price. Many times, less than you would expect and always far less than a dealership or big chain. Roger and his team are fair and honest and will make sure the job is done right.

Brought my Toyota Camry to Roger Marion for a suspected timing belt break. No appointment and near the end of the week, so it took about two days. What I loved about RM is they offered a free loaner car while they fixed the belt. I had an alternate car of my own, so I didn't need it, but knowing they were willing to provide for my transportation needs impressed me. They were friendly and knowledgeable and had my car running better than it did before the belt broke. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future.

Huge shout out to Roger & Ben Marion! I was in a bind with my blocked AC drain. They got me in and taken care of quickly. The price was very reasonable. This is a good honest shop. You can trust them. Can’t recommend highly enough!!! Thank you!
