Been searching online for a wedding ring in rose gold. Shane Co had some of the best options. When I got there a nice lady named GiGi helped me decide. Every question was answered with knowledge and experience. I'm sold on their product.

My hat is off to Shane Co. From the first time I arrived Cameron was nothing but patient and courteous. Through trying on multiple rings, ordering multiple sizes and even trying to recreate a masterpiece he was amazing! His customer service skills were over the top and I truly appreciate him making the whole process enjoyable. My new band is perfect. Wow…. The experience here at Shane Co. was amazing! We went to the Duluth location and it was exceptional and the service was phenomenal. Johnathan was such a wonderful person to work with. He was patient and kind and the atmosphere here felt like they genuinely wanted to help me find my forever ring with my forever person. It was special here. Shane Co Duluth will be our jeweler for life! We worked with Charles, Maria, and JoAnn and they were all so sweet, patient, and accommodating. They really listened to what I wanted, and I left with a beyond perfect ring! Charles even went the extra mile to have a band custom shaped for me! I will be going back into the store now not just to have my ring cleaned but to visit. :)

My husband of 35 years passed away a few years ago. I only recently could bring myself to taking my ring set off my finger. Turned out, it wouldn't come off. I went back to The Shane Company in Duluth, GA where my husband took me to pick out the new rings on our 11th anniversary. I wanted to see if they could make a necklace our of them for me. Though they don't make custom jewelry, the jeweler, Dana, who cut my rings off for me told me she could fabricate a necklace pendant from my rings. She gave me several suggestions off the top of her head. I went with one, and the end result was this beautiful heart pendant. It is beyond all my expectations. Dana put a lot of thought, creativity, and hard work into this. She used every bit of the original gold as well as the original stones, and The Shane Company offered this service for a very reasonable price. I am in love with this piece and will pass it down to my daughter when I'm gone. I hope this will inspire others to consider The Shane Company for your jewelry needs. Shane Co is amazing. My husband has purchased several pieces from here, including my wedding ring + band, and we have such a great experience every time Customer service is top notch, and you just cannot beat their lifetime warranty. Recently the chain on my sapphire necklace broke, and they fixed it for free and will even replace the chain for free if it continues to break in the future. So thankful we chose Shane Co as our preferred jeweler. We’ll be customers for life.

Yall! I just had the best customer service experience of my life! Gigi DeVlugt was so kind and helpful! This is what happened. My husband and I got each other wedding rings from Shane Co over 20 years ago. Last year while participating in the 11 alive canned food donation drive with Primrose School of Suwanee West, I lost my wedding ring diamond. It was devastating for me. I was distraught. I had not been good about taking my ring in for annual inspections and cleaning, I was absolutely sure that Shane Co was not going to be able to do anything for me. I waited over a year to take my ring in and ask what it was going to cost to fix it. As I walked in Gigi greated me with a warm smile. She asked me how she could help me today. I shared my story with her. She looked up my account history and asked to see my ring. She went to talk with her manager. When GiGi came back she said that they were going to replace my diamond! At no cost to me! She then presented me with my new diamond (that was even bigger than the first one)! I am so glad that we got our wedding rings at Shane Co. I had a great experience with Dana and Ana designing a gorgeous necklace with diamonds that belonged previously to my mama and Great Great Great grandmother. It is so beautiful and I am so happy with it. Ana was so patient as we created it! I would highly recommend them!
