What to say about Jeff and The Shell Agency? Where do I start? Jeff was recommended by my sister's husband's old fraternity brother; so when I called on him, we had really never met. He hopped right into gear. Jeff helped us negotiate through several deals (two) over the course of several months of which were not for us; until, finally, the right one fell into our lap. When "that" house presented itself, we all jumped into high gear following Jeff's lead. Jeff knows the area; he is "a local".
