I needed to purchase a pair of shoes for my husband and needed special help finding the correct shoes for him. The gentleman that assisted me was very helpful and very nice.
I want to commend him for all his assistance.

I would like to follow up on a negative review I wrote a few weeks ago. I returned a pair of shoes and was refused an exchange by who I understood to be the manager. I contacted NB Corporate and about a week later the store manager contacted me to come in and she would exchange my shoes.
Deanna, the store manager came out to greet me and she was NOT the same person who refused me the exchange initially. Deanna apologized to me for any miscommunication and less than optimal customer service from the employee who I actually interacted with. She exchanged my damaged shoes.
Kudos to Deanna for reaching out and for her humble apology and to New Balance for doing the right thing reaching out to Deanna and exchanging my shoes.

My wife just bought work shoes, the service was excellent, the staff was very knowledgeable,and the atmosphere was excellent!! Hands down a great place to get shoes !

John Gresh was just wonderful. He and Cam'ron Harper are great employees. I recently came in needing A LOT of help. John took the time to measure accurately, bring out multiple sizes and widths. It turned out I would have to revisit Dr Mothershed and then order. I will be ordering multiple pairs of shoes thanks to John. What an exceptional young man.

Love the staff at this location. Very friendly and helpful. Great with kids to make it a fun experience to pick high-quality 👟 shoes. Great clothing and workout gear as well. The store is also ♿ handicap accessible with entrances, parking, and aisles.

If you are worried about getting shoes that really fit and are really good for your feet, go to this store!
The personnel used a machine to measure my feet, even the arches. They also watched how I walked to help recommend certain styles. After several weeks of wear I am still 100% happy with my purchase.

I bought a pair of New Balance shoes in May of 03. After a little over a month and a half one of the shoes developed a squeak. After searching and trying to rid the squeak, even to the point of taking the shoe to a repair shop, only to find out that there was no way to stop it.
I contacted customer service at their home office and explained my problem and with the the help of the store manager they were willing to exchange my shoes for another pair.
This to me is a good example of what customer service is and how to be treated by store management.

We went here to get my wife a new pair of shoes. We like New Balance because they are available in wide sizes. The young lady that helped us was wonderful and took her time to make sure we were happy. We ended up getting four pairs and are very happy. A hint: take a look at the 847 series for everyday kicks.

I came in the store yesterday looking for the new balance 997 but they unfortunately didn’t have them. However, the guy that informed me of this didn’t just brush me off because they didn’t have any in stock, instead he offered me some options to finding them and even gave his personal opinion on the shoe as he owned a pair. I took a quick look around the store before leaving and found another shoe that I liked and asked if they had my size. The employee was able to tell me for a fact that they didn’t off the top of his head which was nice as I didn’t have to wait for him to check the stockroom. My experience could’ve ended there but he offered to look up when they would restock and even showed me different color ways of the shoe. Some of the color ways were yet to be release so he even gave me some insight on how to secure myself a pair on release day as the particular shoe I was looking for tends to sell out quickly. I really wish I remembered his name (he was a younger guy maybe late teens to early 20s blonde-brownish hair maybe) because the level of customer service I received was beyond any other shoe store I’ve been to.

Had a great and pleasurable experience at this store today. Miranda was the employee who helped me and she was fantastic. She was so knowledgeable and helpful by explaining the difference in shoes and what she recommends for my personal needs.

I always enjoy coming here shopping for my shoes. New balance is the only shoes I wear, so this is a must stop in shop for me. The staff are always friendly and courteous, professional and caring and always patient. It's really enjoyable you come and shop with no pressure. They are always correct with their info and insert their knowledge. It's hard not to buy shoes weekly or when a new shoe or color of a shoe comes out. I definitely recommend coming here to get your shoes. You will not be disappointed at all!! Kudos staff and management..

I went to New Balance after being referred by Feet Fleet. It was an amazing experience. I had never been fitted for shoes before but Feet Fleet sent all my information to New Balance and Travis was ready for me when I got there. He helped me try on shoes that fit me well and fitted me for the correct insert. I left with two pairs of shoes. My new shoes with the insert feel better than any shoe I have ever had. Thank you Travis!! He’s an extremely knowledgeable man. I highly recommend going to New Balance at Thruway.

They were busy when we first got there, but worth the wait. Dee helped us find exactly what we needed. She is knowledgeable, personable & amazing. We had some interaction w/Travis as well, he was great too. We saw that competency and teamwork with the whole staff. Won us over, we'll be back!

I want to thank the young man that assisted me yesterday with my purchase of shoes and shoe inserts. Just coming off of a broken ankle I needed support in this area. He did more than just assist me. This was a great experience for me, as I was a newbie to the store.
Thank you for being patience, professional, and informative with me. I will definitely recommend to others and will return.

Most comfortable shoes I've ever bought! I highly recommend this store!

I have tough feet. Narrow and long with very high arches. After returning a couple of pairs purchased from a big box store, I decided to get an expert involved. Kurt from New Balance was super helpful. He took the time to assess my feet and my gait, and he encouraged me to take the time to really walk around in the shoes I tried on. He was patient even though I did not have an appointment (I recommend you make one; the store filled up right after I arrived). He even taught me a lace-tying technique to help reduce slip on my ankle. This store guarantees their shoes, so there is no risk. Worth the extra cost. You only get one set of feet. Highly recommend.

I want to put a HUGE shout out for my man Travis at the store! He is absolutely fantastic and made shoe shopping for my lovely 4E feet an absolute breeze. He is very knowledgeable and is super patient. He juggled myself and my 3 year old son very well. I am so pleased and thankful for him working with me.

Travis was a great help! He took all the time needed to help me find the right fit. He was patient, asked questions and made personalized recommendations. All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely be back to this location when it is time for new shoes.

I wasn't expecting the service I got when I went in this store. They staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful. They worked with me and made sure I was satisfied with the way the shoes fit me. It's done by computer to check what size foot you have and one to show how you walk, where the pressure is placed on your foot while you are walking.
