Never was there a time over the years where I was told if we’re very busy today. It was always if it hurts that bad come on in and we will work you in. I’m worrying the day Dr. B is going to retire because that is old school and that can’t be taught.

I had 2 root canals and crowns done here in July of 2015. A year later I went for a cleaning at Exceptional dental in Mid City and they noticed that my crowns were not placed right and they were too apart from my gum line this was eventually going to cause me to get tooth decay. I did tell this office witch they asked me to come back to fix it. I didn’t go back because they failed to do them both right not just one but both. I paid this office $3,964.00 for this procedure because at the time I had no insurance. In 2017 I went to Dr. Celino at Fleur De Lis Dental in Metairie to get my whiting and Invisalign done and they told me that I needed to get that fixed. I had insurance at the time but insurance companies do not cover the cost for crowns that are less than 5 years old. So, I didn’t want to spend all that money all over again. Crowns are about $1,200 a peace. Long story short.. One of my crowns broke before the 4th year witch I had to pay to get fixed. And a few months later I got the other one fixed before waiting for it to break off. It cost me $2,300.00 out of pocket again because insurance won’t cover it being that they had not made 5 years. I’m sharing this because I paid a lot of money out of pocket to get the work they messed up fixed. Rather than them offering to reimburse me some of the crown cost at the time to find a place and get it fixed right away they offer for me to go back when they had already messed up 2. Was I suppose to go back to the place that didn’t get it done the first time? I think not. Yes, they are very nice people and they work in the best of their ability but for mayor procedures I do not recommend them.

Awful! I took my daughter (9 years old) there and he berated her because she was scared of a needle.
The guy in the office Brad said she was the worse behaved child ever.

We went to a different dentist and they put topical lidocaine on her and fixed the problem without shots and complimented her on how well behaved she was!

He and his staff suck!

Filings broke within 2 months crown in 11 $ 3,000 now I have to spend another $4,000 to do what I originally asked to have done .
