Every part of my experience was outstanding. From the phone call I made to be fit in the next morning to the staff who greeted me upon check in and the assistant of Dr Brown lastly Dr Brown himself were all truly amazing. They made me feel comfortable and calmed my anxiety down. I truly appreciate the experience and will definitely establish my care permanently here for myself and my children

Mostly great! Early appointment, easy check in, and was called right back. Cleaning went well. Friendly staff. My only concern is that my teeth weren’t flossed as thoroughly as they should have been. I still have my wisdom teeth and my contacts are tight. She (Sydney?…tall with dark hair) skipped a few spaces because she “didn’t want the floss to break”. I can appreciate that but that’s never been an issue in the past. Besides that, everything was great!

Zarnita never fails me 🥰🥰 She’s awesome! Very patient and honest. Not to mention, My teeth and gums feel brand new EVERY visit! You won’t be disappointed 😊

Yes, yes, yes, Greetings All! Now I have a fear of dental care, never the less walking into this Welcoming, Beautiful, Professional, upbeat Establishment, I felt then this is the place. Front desk clerks, both ladies on the first floor were Very Knowledgeable and Caring. Mrs Emily, had hands of an angel. Emily is very swift but thorough, she explains while working what you can expect, and her after CARE plan of teeth and gum care is superb! Dr Brown was a Treat, very upbeat, and thorough. And by looking at his teeth, I'm excited to get my project under way with him! Dr McCullough, very detailed orientated, patient, and thorough. In your understanding, you made me feel very comfortable because I'm highly afraid of you all, hahaha. I'm glad the ladies at the front desk recommended you all! I'm excited about my dental journey!!! Grateful!!

During my recent dental hygiene visit with Ms. Emily and her assistant Patsy, I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and warmth. They provided comprehensive oral hygiene instructions and were incredibly sweet throughout the entire appointment. Dr. Robinson is incredibly thorough with his examinations and explains everything with exceptional clarity. I highly recommend their services for anyone seeking dental care.

My first time having Zarnita as my dental hygienist, very friendly, gentle and knowledgeable of what she was doing. Very, very pleased with her. So, if you’re in need of a hygienist ask for Zarnita you want go wrong.

My dental hygienist Terri was absolutely the best! She took such great care of me. She was very compassionate and knowledgeable. She truly made me feel at ease throughout my cleaning. Also, I love she took time to address any concerns! Highly recommend!

My experience with Riccobene Associates has always been pleasurable and positive. The staff and professionals are personable, competent and willing to answer any questions that I might have. Reminders of appointments are communicated in a timely manner through texts and emails. The check in process is quick and easy with wait time at a minimum. Office personnel are readily accessible after hours and even on the weekends. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates.

Receptionist and greeter (young gentleman who offered to assist me up 3 Flights of stairs because elevator was out of order) were so nice and welcoming. Sydney and Sami were very friendly and took good care of me during my routine visit. I would highly recommend.

This was my first visit and I am impressed. Everyone was friendly and explained my x-ray. I would recommend them. Just don't try to schedule an appointment online because the online scheduler doesn't put anyone in for a scheduled appointment.

Emily, Patsy and Dr. Chad Brown were all amazing!!! I had such a wonderful visit especially with not being the dentist in over a decade I felt comfortable the entire time. I’m so excited (which I know many do not say) but I’m so excited for future visits.

I was having tooth pain and Dr. Gregory was able to see me very promptly! Dr. Gregory and his assistant Cat are very kind and professional. It's always a pleasure to see them even in unfortunate circumstances. They make the experience much more comfortable! I also see Mio for my regular cleaning and she does a wonderful job! I highly recommend going here for any dental needs and have recommended it to my coworkers as well. 😊

I appreciated everything and how good and hygienic Sami and Sydney were. They were gentle with my teeth and had clean them to feel nice and massaged. They were nice the whole time and made sure everything was taken care of. I appreciate everything again and definitely look forward in returning if needs be.

Dr McCullough and his assistant Trisha decreased my dental anxiety tremendously and Made me feel so relaxed and comfortable during my dental procedure. It truly felt like I didn’t have any work done at all. This team is amazing and I appreciate the undivided attention I received. Highly recommend

I made a personal choice to follow Dr. McCullough from Clemmons to their spot now closer to downtown. He’s wonderful. What a lovely addition is Kenzie???? LOVE her! She’s so sweet and kind. I am able to say; she alone made the experience this visit! There was another lady I would swear praises to as well but I don’t know her name!! Love and lots of thanks your way :-)

After a week of severe dental pain, an X-ray revealed that a root canal was necessary. Thinking I’d have to wait awhile for an appointment to perform the procedure, I was so pleased that Dr. Dixon made time for me that very day. She and her assistant Lara were absolutely terrific. They worked seamlessly together and could not have been more professional as well as kind.
My experience with Dr. Dixon and Lara was exceptional. Definitely a 5-star experience and so were the professionals!!

This is a great office! Dr. Robinson carefully explained everything to me and did two fillings quickly and without any pain. Mio did a great and very thorough job with my cleaning. All of the staff here is so welcoming and friendly, I look forward to all of my visits.

Everyone was great very friendly and informative. My entire visit went well from checking in, X-rays and consultation. Zarnita was wonderful she was very patient and nice to me. Highly recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, I look forward to seeing them in my next appointment .

Zarnita is awesome! 💯 I actually look forward to coming to get my teeth cleaned because we laugh & we talk. She makes me feel comfortable and is attentive to my dental needs and makes valuable recommendations 😁. If given the opportunity, please consider giving her some level of increase financially for the level of services that she provides and her professional manner and demeanor.

Dr.Brown and Kenzie are the best! I had the best experience. They were kind, understanding and extremely helpful.For someone who has high anxiety when going to the dentist they made me feel at ease. I highly recommend!!!
