First time making a pickup from them people the guys in the warehouse very nice got me loaded quick and got me out of there

Very quick barely able to get pretrip done they were giving me back paperwork

Love it

The gang got me unloaded in a blink.

The shipping yard is a little tight.

Very tight backing. Drivers go thr the East side of the building were you see the employees parked. I was unloaded fairly quickly after I managed to get in doors. It's tight make sure you slide you're tandems back

Well I was there for a material pickup and I can say that the guys were professional and the place was busy I didn't see any slackers loitering around pretending to be working, everyone was busy ,I got my material in good and timely manner especially since it wasn't ready when I got there, I didn't see anyone standing around smoking while I'm waiting on my order, overall it was a good experience as material pickups go.

A higher up at this company, Matt Avera called me an "idiot loser" and told me to go "blow a fish" on a community chat simply because I do not like something he does (Chick Fil A). Now everyone is entitled to their own personal beliefs and views, however since he represents this company and it was easy to find I do not think this is a positive image for the company. I am an Army Vet with a TBI but I do not think that makes me anything he has accused me of. I have Emailed, Chris Harrison - Branch Mgr and Andrea Corley, CFO of the company with no response or apology. It is sad that they are ok with their employees belittling others.
