Great selection of items, wonderful sales, and the customer service is excellent! New favorite place to shop!

Constant sales had me so surprised. We enjoyed shopping here for essentials and Christmas items. There's a nice big and tall section as well. I will definitely come here over Walmart for clothing from now on. We saved a lot of money believe it or not 🙌

I received outstanding service at the cosmetics counter by Mackenzie. I had a unique situation and several concerns which she listened to and addressed. I don't believe I've ever had any other cosmetics salesperson ever make me feel so taken care of or valued as a customer. In the future I will definitely return to Belk for my skincare and makeup needs.

Wendy Harrison was such a delight to work with. She helped me find the sheets we needed for our bed and ordered them for us no problem in the store. The store is lucky to have her as we passed 3 employees who didn't ask to help us just walk passed. She saw us and took care of us! Belks needs more Friendly people like her.

Best stock that I have seen in the store

Belks is a wonderful store and has fantastic sales. It is the saddest thing to experience though. Such a lively store at one time. I remember when it was uptown. We've shopped there throughout generations and it just needs more support from all of us!

I spend so much money in this store that I really feel like I should own some stock by now.😂 Friendly, and courteous staff, even though they do make me walk through the shoes section to pick up my online orders, knowing FULL WELL that I will definitely be buying more shoes that I don't need. ESPECIALLY when they have a huge sign that says they are half off! I mean... C'mon Belk! How you gonna play me like that?!

This store had everything in the right place. I'm between sizes and really appreciated the dressy dresses in one location. The store was layed out very well with a large selection. They had better prices than my usual Belk. People should be so grateful to still have a high end store in their town. I'm definitely going to make it a regular stop.

Long time since iv been in belks was great experience, found the fragrance I was looking for and my wife found som clearance items she couldn't live without.

Mary and Mary Anne, were very helpful. I will be back just because of those 2 amazing employees. We were there buying clothes for a family that had nothing for Christmas. They went out of their way to find us rhe cheapest options for more gifts for our buck. Thank you for your help.

Always an organized store. However during operating hours I don't think it's proper to be vacuuming that should be done before opening or after closing. Especially considering I went on a Sunday and they open at noon. There's no need for anyone to be vacuuming.

Pleasant staff, great food

Belks is my place. I get great deals there. Just wish they had a selection of plus size dresses like the one in Hickory. Love the way their plus size is organized in Hickory. Statesville is good also. Over all they are all great with clean dressing rooms and restrooms.

Employees were nice. Store was clean.out side around the mall looked rough.

Check them out, clothes are 60% to 75% off regular price.

Had to go last minute to get a nice dress and even though they're pricy they're great quality! Had a 50% off coupon on their app so that helped Alot.

Took my clothing return even though it was a brand their location doesn't carry. AND the sales person was able to give us directions to the interstate.
