Very satisfied with our experience at MCC St. Peter’s. We just recently moved into our new home and the customer service experience made it easy to find what suits us at reasonable prices. The man that helped us was very respectful and informative. Our table came in very fast, the pick-up was quick and easy, assembly went smooth and turned out way better than expected. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for affordable, high-quality furniture.

Midwest Clearance Center was a great place to get my furniture for my first apartment. I got almost all my furniture here for a really good price and delivery and install the day I moved in. I also had a steampunk type theme and Rob helped me get a great selection of furniture that all worked together nicely! I definitely recommend shopping here and will keep shopping there myself as I need furniture

Bought sofa and loveseat. Rob Stephenson and Jeff at the St. Peters location were incredibly patient and helpful! They go over the top to help! This place and these guys are AWESOME! The prices are so much better than the name stores for the exact same items. The delivery guys were great. They set up the sofa and put my sliders under the sofa feet so they don't mark my wood floors. I highly recommend everything about Midwest Clearance Center! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

We came in looking for a mattress for my daughter, and Eve helped us. She showed us several options. We didn't have the money that day, but my daughter had fallen in love with one of the beds. We were ready to purchase a few weeks later. They honored the sale price that was the price when we had looked at it. When I called to purchase over the phone , they were actually out of that mattress, it had just sold. Eve said that the manager would drive to the Wright City location to pick one up for me. They really went out of their way to make sure we got the mattress we wanted. I easily paid online, and my dad went to pick up. My daughter said she has never been happier, or had a better nights sleep , and she even insisted on calling the store the next day, and telling them how much she loved it. Great prices and great customer service.

Rob was awesome. He helped us pick the right mattress and loveseat for us. We were able to pick up the mattress that day. He told us the loveseat would be delivered in a week or so. It came in on time. They are both perfect and we'd recommend them for all of your furniture needs!

Great customer service! Rob from the St Peters location responded after hours to text from website. I was able to place order following morning and have items delivered to closest store near me. Price was better than anywhere else and was delivered earlier than expected! I had called with a couple of questions about the delivery and Dave of the Fenton store was very helpful. Both Rob and Dave were willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had questions answered and had what I wanted. Thrilled with purchase! Will definitely buy from them again!

Happened to drive by this store one day while out looking for a bed and now I’m on my third purchase from Midwest. A queen bed, twin, couch, kitchen table, & tv stand all from this lovely place. We are a few more pieces away from having our entire house being furnished from here and it all starts with Rob. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and really goes the extra mile. We’re at the point now with Rob that it genuinely feels like an experienced friend guiding us on a big purchase and not a transaction with a sales person. And the prices are on par. You’re not gonna find cheap crap here that breaks 3 months later but you’re also not gonna walk out feeling like you just took out a mini mortgage for some great quality furniture. I can’t sing the praises of this place and Rob enough, long as he’s there we won’t be buying furniture from anyone else.

I ended up at the St Peters office by accident because I was looking for Weekends Only. The staff greeted me with open arms, made me feel like a friend, not a customer. The entire experience was AWESOME. Trust and believe, this is my new furniture store. Thank you all so much.

We stopped in to just look… and bought a beautiful 5 piece “Farmhouse Style” Bedroom
with mattress. The staff is awesome to work wiith, the delivery was just as promised & the furniture is SO well built for an amazing g price. Also we were given generous discounts!! Thank you Midwest Clearance Center!!

Well, I didn't think I was gonna find what I was looking for but I did. I bought me 2 recliners perfect perfect size for a big man. Perfect size for my house bit perfect. The only thing I was unhappy with was the guy, said it would be here before Christmas and didn't come until after Christmas. But that's okay I got them. i'm happy I highly recommend this place. So nice.

My husband just got out of the hospital and we were in the need of a lift chair. I found Midwest on the web page and called Mr Stephenson was very helpful in finding the most comfortable chair. He sent me pictures of 5 chairs. When my daughter went the next day to pick up he had everything ready for her. My husband was very satisfied with the chair and slept very comfortably.

Excellent customer service! From beginning to end the experience was about serving, not selling. The guys went the extra mile for us helping us load in the snow and biting wind. Couldn’t believe it! Very unusual and so appreciated. And we love what we purchased, too!

This store has the exact piece of furniture I was searching for and at a fantastic price that no other furniture store could compete. Sales folks very helpful as well as the delivery cre and company. I will shop here first the next time to save putting miles on my walker.

Edit: I talked Rob at the Saint peters location, and I called wanting to buy a set of couches, he answered all my questions and made the whole transaction easy as heck, all I had to do was go pick them up and sign a piece of paper. I bought a bed from them a few years ago and it is still in good condition! I recommend this place. The couches were wrapped up, very well for protection, and the legs were super easy to install. I got the Ashley set, and it was super affordable. Thank you, ROB, for all your help

I placed an online order and within 10 minutes I received a call from Rob to confirm my order. I was needing furniture for a display room within a few days, when speaking with Rob I learned the furniture I ordered would take a week to receive. I explained to Rob that I was needing furniture prior to a week and he went out of his way to make sure I got it within the timeframe I needed. I received a text from Rob the day before the scheduled delivery with a time frame and my furniture arrived within the window I was given. The men who delivered the furniture were also very courteous and even setup the furniture for me and made sure it was placed where I wanted it. Rob then followed up with a text to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase, delivery, and setup. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but Rob renewed my faith that companies do care about the customer experience. I look forward to working with Rob and Midwest again in the future. If you need good quality furniture, at a reasonable price or even in a hurry, Rob is your guy! He will ensure you leave a happy customer.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!

We went in to purchase a new couch, they didn’t have the one I saw online in store, but the salesman, Rob, told me this was because it’s a fairly newer to the company couch and they just didn’t have one as a floor model. He did have the pillow from the couch so we could feel the material and see the color.

We decided to go with a different option, ordered it, was going to have it delivered on Friday, only to realize when we got home, it wouldn’t fit in our living room as our wall was literally an inch smaller than the couch. Which was 100% our fault for not measuring before we went in.

We called and went back in to see potential others, and we decided to go ahead and order the one I originally saw and wanted from their online catalog.

Rob was phenomenal and very kind as we had to cancel the original order and redo another and redo financing and everything. He handled us with care and respect through the entire process. Our new couch has to be delivered to them before we can schedule a delivery date since it is a new item, but we are very pleased with the customer service we received. Highly recommend and we will be back for future furniture purchases!!

Im really glad I found this store. They have beautiful furniture at a price that is really manageable! I also love that the staff introduced themselves, have a small introduction and then leave you be to look around. I have bought furniture twice and once used delivery, which also was fantastic! I recommend this store!
