I have used there services two weeks in a row. And every time I go in to get my rental, the employees are great. They are polite and they definitely make you laugh. Great conversations with employees. The trucks are always clean. They take all precautions to make sure that they’re U-Haul trucks are fully functional. They will see me again soon.

The people are amazing and so friendly. I almost wanted to keep my storage space just for the interactions with the staff. I'm in New Orleans but chose the Mariette Kenner location for availability, pricing and also just not being on Tulane in the city. They were also the most friendly on the phone and helped me in a time of homelessness. The most frequent and memorable. If I
ever need another uhaul experience they will definently be my first choice forever and ever AMEN.

Great service from the young lady employee! She went above and beyond to make sure that I had the adequate vehicle for more than enough time for a short move that was needed last minute. I'm very thankful for a fully functioning vehicle for my moving needs and easy online return. Thanks U-haul and I recommend this company and this location particularly. Seems like a best kept secret!

This Uhaul is the most helpful one I've ever been to! Deanna is the best and always seems available to her employees. We came in with an issue and even though the manager was off of work she answered when her employees needed her! And they were also very helpful and nice. I'll never go to another Uhaul again if I need one in this town. I've used them three times so far!

They didn't have anything bigger to store my stuff.i had a 8x10 cargo and only thing available was an 8x6 or maybe 8x10. Within seconds someone came checking out of a 10x10.the lady there was on it and got me set up.ive had good times going to marietta st uhaul .

The manager is the absolute best. Her and her employees are very kind people. I rented uhaul storage unit and truck a couple of times and this place is one of the best in the area.

Dropped off equipment near closing time. One staff member was swamped with customers I gave her lots of credit for handling customers.

Fantastic place whatever the rental maybe U-Haul has it and they will do everything they can to take care of your rental or storage needs.
