Enterprise Rent-A-Car

After dealing with Thrifty, Enterprise fixed my day. I went with no reservation and I was out of there with a vehicle in less than 25 minutes. Great customer service and decent price for this full size RAM. I definitely liked that he asked if I wanted insurance, I said “No, thank you.” and that was the end of it. Didn’t try to push it like most of these other companies do. You check in, go to your designated zone over in the parking lot based on your rental category and you get to pick any car you like as long as it is in your zone. Recommend it 100%.

My daughter and I had the most WONDERFUL experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car booth at the shuttle station for the New Orleans Airport! The desk clerk named Dominique was the most PLEASANT, KIND, WELCOMING & HELPFUL person EVER!! She assisted us in getting the RIGHT vehicle for the low, HASSLE-FREE even when we had a few snags on our part!! The car we picked was AWESOME, GREAT on gas and FUN to drive through the streets of New Orleans! She even took on the role of Tour Guide providing us with a list of restaurants she recommended and advice about getting around town!! Dominique went OVER & BEYOND the call of duty and we truly appreciate her kindness, patience and assistance she provided us!! She made me a BELIEVER in Enterprise and we'll DEFINITELY use them again for future trips!!

Friendly staff and above and beyond service at the Louis Armstrong Airport Enetrprise!! Within an hour of dropping off my rental car, I realized I left something very important to me in the vehicle. Ella Campbell, Rental Management Trainee, at the airport location, kindly jumped into action. She went above and beyond following the car through their processing center as it was cleaned, and inspected and communicated effectively with other staff members to solve my problem. She truly saved the day!! While I was waiting for her near the rental desk, all staff consistently offered their assistance and were friendly. Phenomenal employees! In addtion, the car we rented was promptly ready upon our arrival, clean, and like new! Staff through the entire process were amazing! Thank you!!

The crew from start to finish was extremely helpful and accommodating! The vehicle was very nice! In my past experiences with other car rental places, you NEED to book through Enterprise for a great experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Only book with Enterprise at this airport and here’s why.

We originally prepaid through hertz. We arrived a little late and they had no cars. So they did not honor our prepaid reservation that we made on the Hertz website.

Enterprise was the ONLY car rental place in the airport at 10pm that had a car available to us. They had tons of cars and levels to choose from. It was as if this happens all the time.

Our hotel was an hour away and Enterprise saved the day! Thank you for having cars!

I also wanted to say that the employees were so incredibly wonderful. I wish I remembered their names. It was the second Thursday in November. They all deserve a raise,

They recognized that we were upset. They asked his there anyway they could help us. I told us our story and they welcomed us with open arms, suggesting even the cheapest car they had to save money we ended up with a mid range car. It was perfect.

I don’t know what we would have done if they weren’t there to save the day. Thank you!

Had booked and pre-paid with another company weeks in advance, only to arrive (at midnight, ahead of a 2-hour drive) and be told there were no cars. I found out that Enterprise actually guarantees your reservation and was able to book one of the last available cars of the day. I wish I remembered the gentleman's name at the desk. He was very friendly, understanding, and disarming. Made me really feel like this company cares. I will now be booking exclusively through Enterprise. It is worth the extra cost because you actually get what you pay for. Thank you for your awesome service!

After some miscommunication with off-site Enterprise and a day of traveling ( 10hrs ) I met with Endia and Najee and they took care of me! 11/10 customer service for these two amazing employees! Thanks all for helping out during a crazy situation.

Outstanding!!! Marcus da-man! Took great care of us was professional personable. Made sure I was protected with extra insurance coverage. Vehicle extra clean!!! A true plus. The only place I will rent from when I'm in LA. I and I visit often. Thanks to all of you!

All is well that ends well. The staff here were very accommodating and I certainly can't say that about their competitors. I did have a problem in that the class of car that I had reserved was temporarily unavailable. Since there was a time crunch for me, I took a car in a level down. The car was fine. But I wasn't altogether happy that I overpaid for it. Within a week I was contacted by the manager who adjusted my bill to my satisfaction. I was very very pleased by the level of customer service and support.

Awesome service, the station manager (Isaiah Edah-Dike) went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. This is why I continue to use enterprise they have much better employees and vehicles.

Smooth car rental Check in and out. Milys was very helpful. Shuttle bus to and from Rental center very fast. No long wait for a bus. Bus drivers friendly.

We were waiting in line for Budget for an hour and the line moved 2 people (and there were still 10 people ahead of us) we went on line, got an Enterprise rental, canceled the Budget rental and we were out the door in 10 minutes! Louise at Enterprise was wonderful! She even gave us some restaurant recommendations!

We arrived after our flight had been delayed. Our car reservation with Avis was not honored. We searched for another car rental place that could help us out. The guys at Enterprise not only had a few cars available but they acted more than willing to help us out. Caleb had us ready with a car within a few minutes and gave us a great rate for the car we rented. Having had a day filled with all kinds of surprises, it was nice to have Caleb and Joe so willing to help us out and have a pleasant experience. Thanks much!

She was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the available vehicles and the best choice for my budget. I thank her SO very much!
