First time using Karl Malone Collision but won't be the last. Nothing but a smooth experience. We worked with Dustin and he went above and beyond to take care of our vehicle. He was knowledgeable and efficient and had our truck repaired a week sooner than promised. Front office was friendly and helpful as well. An excellent customer service experience. That is a rare thing these days!!! Thank you for such a great job!

Best experience! Don't be afraid to bring your vehicle here if its not a Toyota. I've taken my Volkswagen here twice, and both times they have done an amazing job! Highly recommend asking for Dustin, he is very informative and has awesome customer service. They finished my repairs much quicker than I anticipated. Staff are all wonderful people.

Unfortunately, I was recently involved in a car accident. I wanted to take a few moments and share with you the experience I had with Karl Malone's Body and Paint. The entire process, from beginning to end, exceeded my expectations. From conducting the initial estimate, then assisting me in obtaining a rental vehicle, to completion of the needed repairs, Dustin and Russ were a joy to work with. Accidents are already a stressful time but due to Dustin's professionalism, my experience was a positive one. He kept in constant communication with me throughout the process, providing me with updates. I've taken two of my cars in for collision repairs and both times I had a very nice experience. Communication is great, service is friendly. The cars came back good as new and faster then I expected the work to be done. I can't say much about billing since both times it was covered by the other drivers insurance but the invoices are transparent and the fees seem reasonable

I was rear ended. My Ford Bronco had some visible damage. Austin and his team made sure to get my car back to the way it was before I was hit. They fought to get everything covered that was damaged. They found a lot more issues as they removed the bumper and spare tire. They communicated very well the entire time. I recommend Karl Malone Body and Paint. I trust them. They have my future business. I’m so happy I went with this body shop. Thanks!

If you ever want a nice new and well kept rental vehicle; look no further! Toyota-Rent-A-Car is a fantastic program. I actually haven't used their body shop yet, but whenever I am in need of an extra vehicle, I come here first. Tori, their rental car expert, is an absolute pleasure to work with. She remembers her customers, and she treats everyone really well. All of their cars are well detailed, and I love coming here for all of my rental car needs. Our brand new car door got hit. It ended up having a big gash in it and the car frame was slightly dented right behind that door. I was amazed how good of a job they did - honestly looks brand new again, with no sign of a repair. They also cleaned inside our car which was really nice to see. They were super kind and willing to help out with the complexities of a rental car (including rides) and insurance.

Dustin Chapman was amazing! I was able to get my car door fixed same day! I recommend him for any car body repair work you may need done.

I jacked up my car on a cement block which damaged the front bumper, etc. I took it to Karl Malone Body &Paint in Draper for repair. They did a great job and I’m very happy to get my car back!
