The waffle cone sundae was amazing! We asked for a brownie sundae in a waffle bowl, and they obliged. The waffle cone had a hint of cinnamon and it was so good!! The ice cream, of course, is aways fantastic!

It's a small, cute little place to go into. Customer service is great. They are very nice and whatnot and make you feel very welcomed. You're glad to sit inside and there's a small table outside and of course the ice cream is great. I have the white vanilla dipped waffle cone. So good with the blondie ice cream. Highly recommend.

First visit to a Ben & Jerry's. It was great. They didn't have the flavor I wanted (salted caramel core, I have always wanted to try it but it's not available where I live) but I don't hold that against them. I tied salted caramel brownie in a waffle cone. Definitely recommend it!

Darius provided excellent customer service and recommendations! As a person who rarely eats Ice Cream, I was not disappointed! Thank you Darius and B&J!

I have not eaten Ben and Jerries in quite some time. Therefore I decided to stop by the location in the U City Loop on Delmar Boulevard. They have so many delicious varieties. 😋 yummy! I decided to try the Salted Caramel Blonde flavor. 😲 OMG! It was awesome!!!!

My son and I went to this location today (7/24/2023) and we will definitely be back. The worker was very polite and professional and the ice cream was super delicious.

Such a nice genuine guy speaks when you come in always has a nice big smile on his face you can tell he loves what he does. Definitely come to this location it’s not just a visit it’s an experience.

It has really upgraded since new ownership! Staff is very courteous and friendly. The are finally taking cash and even have drinks. The menu has upgraded. I wish marshmallow sky was back. They now have sodas and candy. Great family Sunday trip.

We were celebrating my son's birthday, and when went to another ice-cream store to pick up the cake we ordered 2 weeks ago, I was told that they had fired the cake decorator, but made no attempt to call us. Since we were in the area we stop by this store and asked if they had any cakes available, and low and behold they had two, but the still had to be finished with icing. He asked what colors and asked to give him 20 minutes. Believe him name was Steve, going off the receipt, got us a cake and saved the day. Went above and beyond. This is a true testament to customer service.

The waffle cone was the bomb!!! With just a hint of Christmas in every bite!!

Who doesn’t love Ben & Jerry’s. We walked and just window shopping. I love the table outside and the staff was welcoming. They had a little corn hole game outside. My 5yr old loves it.

I go here frequently to get a scoop. It is definitely a family friendly atmosphere.I need to give 10 out of 10 stars for one of your employees named Nasar, often the shop is full of students and this girl is Always smiling, kind and helpful.

I’m visiting from out of town and decided to stop by I will definitely be back next time I’m back in Stl! Steve was so hospitable and let me try as many samples as I wanted!

Shame on Google for not having 10 stars as a rating😤⭐ From it’s atmosphere, the staff, down to the ingredients.. my experience at Ben&Jerry’s in the loop with Steve was top tier. Or, “Marshmallow Sky” hypnotized me.
