I've been seeing Dr.Mcclain for about 4 years. He has been a decent doctor as I'm a mid-age male in good health and typically just go in for my annual checkups. However on my most recent visit I had a horrible experience with his nurse and she was very rude with me. As I attempted to speak with Dr. MCclain about this matter he quickly became defensive of her and told me that maybe I should consider the amout of work and responsibilities that she has to manage on a daily basis. I was in disbelief. I could not believe that he really responded to a patient like that. He didn't even allow me to finish explaining my frustration with her and cut me off to change the conversation. He and his team (at least the nurse that I have typically dealt with) have very little patient empathy or customer service skills and I would not recommend him.
