Best doctor I've ever met and all of his MD's are great I get great service and I get a great time they make me laugh they tell me whenever I'm sick they do everything that a doctor's office is supposed to do they have good bedside Manor. So thank you Dr abou ISSA and Dr Christy and Dr beaux for your wonderful service for all these years I've been a patient since I'm 18 and physically speaking I'm 29 and I don't think I'd have made it here without you you are the good guys . And the personal thank you to your staff they have been patient over the years I know I've been a handful you guys have a great thing going don't let anything stop it.

Dr. Abou isa ask you question how to feeling run tests ask if there's anything else you can think of? He gets the job done n you can tell that he truly cares about his patients.

Great, just great

He seems to want to make patients less intelligent.like we don't know our own bodies.doesn't give enough time to share our thoughts,and needs.makes one feel uneasy by certain remarks.when l see a doctor for the first time.im all tensed up.he needs to seek our needs,concerns.will see if it's better on the second visit...well it never got any better,in fact it caused me to make a decision to change doctors. I needed someone who cared for his one on one time with me more than the volume their patients.

Be prepared, bring a lunch and pillow, appointments are generally 3+ hours behind. Abou-Issah is a nice caring doctor, but way over booked.
The receptionist who answers the phone (Houma "K") is always RUDE. A little "People skills" would go a LONG way. The Chauvin office has long waits, but a very nice staff. We are in the process of changing doctors for my mother because of 1. Rude Staff, and 2. when you're 75 years old and have a medical condition and sick,, you cant sit on a hard chair in a waiting room for a SCHEDULED appointment for 3-4 hours. It's sad, because he's a good doctor and my mother loves seeing him.

Haven't met the gentleman yet. He is my Medicare doctor.l am trying to make an appointment with him.Everyone says he is nice.l will see if l can understand him.The main thing I want to see is ONE ON ONE attention.most Dr's work on volume.thats all good.as long as we understand each other.well after my first visit .he gave me a list of places to go by aTerrebonne General a lot of different test and blood work,each place l went ask me if my dr.talked over any of the procedures l was to go through,l said he NEVER said a word about any of it.to me he never took a second to explain anything,must be all about the time an money thing to him

Be prepared to wait 2 plus hours for your appointment. And meditate before you go because these are the rudest receptionist and nurses I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting.
