From my initial call with Jason to the exceptional service we got from Dan, I felt they went above and beyond and have earned my trust. The team at Hosack did a great job of responding to my plumbing needs in an orderly and professional fashion. My water heaters went down over a weekend and they were at my house at 8:30 am the following Monday installing 2 new units. The technicians worked quickly and cleanly. The job was completed promptly and on the promised budget.

Called today bc I had a clogged toilet. Allen and Jason were able to come out in the same day . They were quick and Efficient and displayed Awesome customer service . They even assisted me with tips on showing me how to operate my thermostat! I recommend them 10 times over and will Definitely be using this company for all my plumbing and heating and cooling needs !

I would definitely recommend Hosack plumbing!! Allen and Jason were both great!! Before starting the work they clearly outlined a couple different scenarios on how they might need to address the issue. Starting with the least invasive plan of attack they were able fix the issue in a timely manner. The cost ended up being exactly what was quoted with no surprises. Couldn't be happier with the service and the result.

My father's water heater died the Thursday before Christmas. We called about a replacement and they were extremely friendly and showed up as soon as they could. The technicians gave an accurate estimate for the work that needed to be done and was very prompt and professional in installing a new water heater and adding a shut off valve to the main line. Would strongly recommend for all future plumbing projects.

I hired so many plumbers in the past few years and some were ok and some big name plumbing companies were horrendous!! I'm very picky and expect quality work!! I decided to try SC Hosack and let me tell you how that was the best decision I've made for my plumbing issues. From the beginning, when I text them, they made it so simple and easy to address my needs and schedule my appointment for the following day. Dennis from SC Hosack arrived early in uniform and in a company van which put me at ease. He was so polite and knowledgeable I was so impressed!!! He could have easily agreed with me to replace a value that was working but he didn't. That saved me money big tine. Dennis fixed my other shut off value to the dishwasher and replaced another value free of charge so that everything under my sink was streamlined. He cleaned up when he was done and answered my questions! I'm telling you, even my dad asked for his business card that's how great if a job he did!!! It's very important that contractors don't leave a mess as most do but not Dennis. If I could give 10 STARS I WOULD! I can't tell you how relieved I am and so HAPPY I chose them!! Truly exceptional!! I finally found my plumbers!

Jason and Allen did a great job for me today. I had a leak where the water enters the house. I share a water meter with about a dozen units in my neighborhood. They gave me time to notify the neighbors of a water turn-off, returned today and did the work. They were very thorough, very kind and were concerned with keeping costs down. Clean, professional, caring, on time, fast work: everything one could hope for. I highly recommend Hosack Plumbing for all your future plumbing needs.

I called one day with an emergency & the office was kind enough to squeeze me in on Steve's route for a quick look & while it was too involved to fix right then, we came up with a plan & he scheduled us for 2 days later! Steve was a wonderful plumber. We had a dishwasher flood. He confirmed that our plumbing was not the problem and gave us an inexpensive fix to hold us over until we can get a new dishwasher.

I had a leaking shower valve that needed replacing. I was referred to Hosack Plumbing through an online service called "Porch". Within 48 hours, I was put in touch with Hosack and had an appointment scheduled. I knew the minute that Allen & Jason arrived that I was going to happy with their work. They presented themselves as professionals and demonstrated respect for my and my family. As the work began, they discovered some items that I might want to consider having done, such as a pressure relief valve which is now required by code. I opted to have that work done as well as the installation of a ball valve to make turning the main water on/off much easier. Later in the day, I asked them for their advice regarding an issue I was having with the shower/tub in the master bath. I told them that previous plumbers told me the entire wall would have to be removed to gain access to the piping. They told me that simply wasn't true. They explained exactly what they could do to remedy the issue. Prior to installation, they provided estimates for my consideration before proceeding. Needless to say, I was thrilled at the opportunity to resolve a long standing issue. I cannot adequately express my appreciation to Allen & Jason for their outstanding job they did. Was it expensive? You bet, but not unreasonable, particularly in view of the 1 year warranty provided on parts & labor. I need to stress one point...I'm sure that some of those reading this review will assume that I got a lot of upselling pushed on me. That is simply not true. There was absolutely no upselling to any extent. I highly recommend Hosack Plumbing. I can assure you that they will be returning to take care of additional work that will most assuredly be required in the future....thanks Allen & Jason.....great job!

Dan installed some faucets in three bathrooms for me on 15-Sep-23. He was professional, knowledgeable, neat and explained everything throughout the process. He cleaned up very well and was pleasant to work with. I would recommend him and Hosack to my friends and family. I appreciated the excellent customer service!

Fast, efficient, professional! I highly recommend Hosack. They visited twice. Once for an emergency pipe burst and once for a leaky sink. Both times were great.

Steve is amazing!! Roto Rooter came out first and quoted me $10K-$24K for a complete sewer replacement and said there was nothing else they could do. Steve comes out, works his butt off and gets the problem fixed savings me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. Price was extremely fair. Steve was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Highly recommend this local company and my new pal, Steve!
