If you are looking for a gym that is more than a gym THIS. IS. IT! When I signed my boys up I was expecting the usual gym experience, but we have gotten so much more than that! This is a place that my children come for not only physical but mental exercise! They are taught self discipline, respect, and healthy peer interaction. The coaches are involved and provide a safe and fun environment that keep my boys engaged.

Was in town a couple months and looking for a place to train. A larger facility than it looks. Has free weights, cardio machines, in addition to a ton of kids and adults classes including boxing, kickboxing, jujitsu, and MMA. The owner is experienced and was accommodating to my short term situation even letting me borrow equipment I’d have to pay for elsewhere. Did primarily MMA and jujitsu. A good cohort of MMA guys training and competing regularly on local circuits with plenty of opportunities to spar. Jujitsu classes have a healthy dose of white and blue belts with a few solid purple and brown belts. What they lack in experience they make up for in hard work and intensity. A close knit group and a place that meets any training needs.

Always clean and very very compromise coaches! Workouts are great! Best thing is that this is a FAMILY GYM so you can do your workout and your kids can do their class at the same time!

Daughter takes classes here. Place is clean, the environment is great, everyone is friendly. Would 10/10 recommend.

Alright party people....this is mostly for people who are just looking for a review of a fun workout in Houma. I can't speak to the more serious side of this gym that produces actual fighters, because if I am being honest, I can't even bring myself to politely punch the instructor in the face while sparring with him, and mind you, this is while he is literally telling me to punch him. But, for those of you just looking for something out of the ordinary to help you get in shape, this could be for you! It is a positive atmosphere, with a great group of people all working toward the same goal and encouraging each other to push through each workout and go harder each time. And the music is great, so what isn't there to love?!?!? And again, I said this is a FUN workout (but don't be confused...it is a workout). I don't know that I have ever sweat so much after only an hour in a gym. Give it a try! It could be your new favorite hidden gem in Houma!

The place is a bit run down, but it reminds me a lot of where I used to practice martial arts when I was younger. Staff was helpful and friendly my son had a blast.
