I had a good experience with them. I think they did a real good job. Could have leveled my yard a little better.
But overall I'm very satisfied with the work. And at a fare price.

It started with 1 person in my building having a problem, after they "fixed" her problem, I had problems, I never had before, and then soon the whole building was messed up. It took about 4 days to fix which seemed like it should have taken a day. They left around 11 one night. WITHOUT fixing my toilet. Didn't come back until 7 PM the next day. I had a mess all over my bathroom. I had to get rid of about 8 towels. And one of the plumbers told me, that I should be lucky I was able to take a shower tonight, after I asked them if they planned to clean up all the sewage that spewed in my bathroom as a result of their work. Uh? Last time I checked, they were not working for free, and it's their JOB to make sure I was able to take a shower. Not professional at all. WOULD NOT recommend.

HORRIBLE!!! Called on a Monday morning was told they'd come out that evening or next day. No one came. Called back Thursday said I was on their waiting list it would be 4 days. Called back the following Tuesday was told they had rang my phone and no one answered so they took me off the list. MR JOE BLUM GUESS WHAT GREAT INVENTION CALLED VOICE MAIL. TRY IT!!! I work 40hrs a week funny thing is sometimes I can't answer the phone right away. I waited almost two weeks and ended up having to find a REAL plumber.

I was not impressed with the work completed by Joe Blum Jr. Plumbing Services. I do not think that the plumber sent by this company was professional or knowledgeable. By the time he departed, more things were broke, than fixed.
