Dr. Arunavathi V. Sangisetty, MD

My daughter has been going here since birth. They know her history and anytime I bring her in they treat her very well. Wait time depends on how busy they are and it’s usually not too long before they call you back. They have sent her numerous times to have tests ran if they can’t fix the problem with sun meds. I would recommend this place to parents with children. They treat the kids well and always listen to my concerns.

DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! I’d have given no stars if this was an option!!! Horrible service! I don’t know how Dr S is still in practice. Went there with a concern of my son having breathing issues while sleeping and she tells me it’s allergies. She refuses to give me a referral to an ENT and refuses to discuss how terrible his breathing is!!! She was in the room for only a couple of minutes! Changed our provider today! I will report this!!!

I was brought here as a child maybe 5 years old or so and every time that I seen Dr. S she would give me a corticosteroid shot for my "asthma"; I gained so much weight over the summer that whenever I look at my 2nd - 3rd grade school pictures it's actually insane. I was a very active child and would always play outside for hours everyday and I remember not having any difficulties breathing until she started administering these corticosteroid shots. 0/5 rating if possible.

The receptionest, especially the younger ones, are very rude. The wait times can get rediculous. Getting to your appointment early will just have you waiting longer. The doctors do not assess the children thouroughly enough. They will try to explain away any concerns you bring to them. They do not like ordering additional test, looking further into symptoms, etc. The overall medical care is poor. This office appears to be just "going through the motions", as it seems like the employees forgot that they are working with children. I used to love this place, but ALOT has changed over the last 10 years

I'd give ZERO stars if I could. My children have been going here since birth. At first, they were examined thoroughly and given meds that actually helped them. Now that they are older, it's like Dr. Sangisetty doesn't even care about her little patients. She doesn't examine them like she should and she's in a rush to get them out of there. When a mother knows something is wrong with her children, she will do everything in her power to make sure her children's needs are met. I would not recommend TERREBONNE PEDIATRICS TO ANYONE. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR THAT IS WORTH YOUR CHILDS TIME AND ACTUALLY EXAMINES THEM. THIS DOCTOR DOESN'T CARE AT ALL.

I will say, THIS IS A TERRIBLE DOCTOR OFFICE!!! I wouldn’t bring my dog here!! 🤬 She does NOT do anything for the kids 👏 She just rush to get you out of her office !!!! I recommend NO ONE to this doctor 💯 PERIODTTT! If I could , NO STARS would be on this bs!!! 😒

Dr Sangisetty can be reserved about giving meds. Dr Annie is amazing. I do not recommend Terrebonne Peds.
