We brought in our cat presenting with unknown neurological symptoms that literally appeared out of nowhere
The staff was amazing and quick to get him from us and back to the back to start their evaluations.
Obviously as an emergency clinic they must triage most critical patients accordingly as they come in, so despite being their for several hours, we knew our boy was being evaluated and monitored the entire time we were waiting
Everyone we dealt with was friendly and explained everything that was happening as information was available.
This was our first (and hopefully our last) trip to an ER vet clinic, but should we ever have to go back, we will head straight here again. Thank you to everyone for your compassion and caring for our fur-baby Micah
They were very concerned to answer not only my wife’s questions about our kitty, but also our teenage daughter to make sure everyone knew what was going on and felt they were heard.

After losing a cat in a kind of traumatic way, I've become really paranoid about the health of my other cats. I came home to my cat vomiting 10+ times and vomiting blood, and even though I knew she probably was just having a sensitive stomach about eating something she shouldn't, I couldn't shake how paranoid I was getting about if it was something else. We drove 45 minutes to this clinic since it was the only one open. The receptionist was so friendly, and the entire building has a calming vibe. We'd never been there before and they made paperwork very quick and easy, after immediately checking in our cat. The wait time can get long, but it's very understandable in my opinion, since of course they'd take care of the genuine emergencies first. Considering that, it was very reasonable. And coffee, tea, and water were provided for free. After checking out my cat, they gave us a lot of details and made sure to let us know of all of our options in detail, and what to do moving forward. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering we showed up late on a weekend night. The vet (or assistant, I wasn't sure) was also very reassuring about the health of my cat. I didn't notice any name tags but I wish they were wearing them just so I could compliment them all specifically. Thank you, thank you, thank you for putting my mind at ease and taking such good care of Esme.

Took great care of our big great Pyrenees, He hurt his leg on Christmas Eve and they were able to take good care of him (even though it was a little bit of a wait). Got his x-rays, and his medication ready to go and we were already back home with a happy and sleepy dog.

My son and I took our cat here and immediately felt at ease here. They took great care of us from the front office staff, to the nurse, to the doctor. Our cat received excellent care in almost no time at all. We were provided with the most cost-effective medicine too. I don’t know what we would’ve done without this clinic. Thank you so much!

Staff was very friendly and did great with my dog. We were seen in a timely manner and the visit was reasonably priced. Only critique is the door makes a buzzing noise which startled my dog. I always want vet visits to be as positive as possible, he’s a sensitive guy! All of the staff treated him very kindly which is much appreciated.

The Lord called our beautiful baby, Ransom, home today. The staff were unbelievably kind, compassionate and so very loving. I will never be able to repay you for the times you’ve helped my babies and supported my family. God Bless you all and all the Animals!! Thank you for what you do for our community.

Our 16 year beagle was in stage 4 kidney failure and we were hoping to get her through Christmas but it wasn't to be. Our vet was closed for the holiday so we took her to Animal Emergency Clinic in O'Fallon to have her put down. The doctor and staff were so caring and compassionate. They let us take all the time we needed to love on our baby and explained everything they were doing. We are so appreciative of everyone there.

Thank you for providing compassionate care to our sweet boy Chester during his passing, my family is so grateful. The doctors here are very skilled and the staff are kind and very professional. They knew what to say to comfort us.

My lab has had both ACL repairs done by this wonderful team (2 yrs apart). Excellent care, took time to explain everything and very compassionate - I was kept informed every step of the way. Worth the 4 hr drive for peace of mind.

Went there early this morning around 5am 8/28/23. Staff was extremely nice and took care of my small dog who sprained his paw this morning. Erik is doing much better now, just a few hours later. Thank - You!!!

The night I came in, they had a lot of high-acuity patients, but they still treated my girl like she mattered. They were kind to both of us and explained her issue and diagnostic options thoroughly.

I have taken our dog here 2 times now (2 different incidents). Both times they have been very professional and informative. Prices are steep, but that should somewhat be expected tor an emergency visit.

Saw us quickly, were very kind and informative about our dog’s injury (scratched cornea). They answered our questions and were super professional. We haven’t had to come here often, but they have been so sweet and kind each time.

Kind and professional staff. As far as emergency veterinary services go they are reasonably priced. All charges were disclosed upfront and addressed with options as the need arose. Thankful for their gentleness with our senior pup.

During a very difficult time, everyone was so helpful and considerate. They took care of our baby (dog). They called at the time they said they would, which was very much appreciated. They also followed through to be sure we were aware of a radiology appointment that was scheduled. The doctor took time to explain our dog's care, answer questions, and provide options and recommendations. They never made us feel rushed.

I was here for end of life services. It was a tough day and the staff was amazing. Each staff member went above and beyond! I just can't say enough wonderful things. I highly recommend ❤

Everyone was very pleasant and informative. They got us in a room immediately and took great care of my big tubby Moo Moo dog. If their is ever another dog emergency, this is where I'm headed.

The wonderful, courteous, & caring staff kept my dog at ease throughout the visit, & Dr. Dave is fantastic! (My dog loved you all & showed it with a wagging tail despite being in pain!) I really appreciated that Dr. Dave is mindful of the expense of tests and which non-urgent ones could be performed at a lower cost at the follow-up with our vet, who agreed with Dr Dave's diagnosis, meds, & treatment plan. Thank you for ALL your help in making a stressful event less stressful for both me and my dog. So glad our vet recommended this 24hour ER. You're the best!!

Wonderful clinic and staff. So caringfor both the pets they see and their humans. Very upfront about prices and detailed on what they are doing for your pet and after care instructions for when your pet is ready to go home as well as the medicine their sending home for your pet. I arrived frantic I was going to lose my sweet cat and went home calm and relieved that my cat received the best care and was breathing better (through his nose not through his mouth).

They helped so much during my time of panic. They are kind and cared for my dog so sweetly. Taking care of anything that happened, and they did not want me to lift a finger. I would really recommend this business. Professional and just all-around wonderful. Pricy though
