Farmers Insurance - Chad Haley

Highly recommended! The service I have received from this agency has been nothing short of outstanding! Don't just take my word for it, Call them and get a quote today! This is really Insurance that you can feel good about. Very reputable, and timely. The biggest mistake you can make is not giving them a call. Trust me, you will get the same great service that I receive.

I know it sounds cliché, but Chad and his staff are the type of people to go out of their way in the pouring rain to help another human out. When it comes to you, your family, and your possessions, they want to protect them just as much as you do. I highly recommend their them.

Terrible service. Does not answer phones calls, does not take care of his customers. Most of his staff left due to his running the business so poorly. If you threaten to call Farmers corporate office, you will probably get an email reply. That's what it took for me. Even had horrible service after that though. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

I do not like this 😒 insurance no more my Agent Chad is the worst agent I've ever had. At first, he started off good. It was nice. Chad always answered his phone or called me right back. But the moment I tried to cancel my insurance. Because it became too high for me and I went with someone else. Then all of a sudden. I couldn't get in touch with him at all. He wouldn't even return my phone calls, and I left several messages, and still no response. I even went up to the office to talk to him, and the door was locked even when it's supposed to be open. Of course, I'm never going with this insurance. Again

Chad Haley is not a good representative. Nearly impossible to get ahold of. Does not answer phone or call back. Could not get any questions answered or changes to policy for weeks.
