It was my first time coming here. I looked them up online ahead of time to make sure they had something vegan (I'm not strictly vegan though). I ordered their sweet potato burger $8, along with some sweet potato fries $3. I guess it was a sweet potato kinda day. My burger was great but LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THESE FRIES - they were made to please the Greek gods. Rosemary, sea salt and honey mustard (on the side). I mean, they were truly perfect. I'm getting teary eyed just reminiscing. I will definitely be back - mainly for the fries.

Now the ambiance is open and airy - kudos to the large windows and natural lighting. They close at 2:00, so get here early so you can relax and enjoy the vibe. Oh, the cashier was quite pleasant! I hope she's there when I come back!

This is an American restaurant with its own signature burgers. Unique combination of flavors make this place worth your visit. Besides, the setup, decoration, background music and the owner welcoming you when you walk in are priceless. Loved it!

I really enjoyed this place, had a bit.of a wait for lunch on a Friday which I guess can be expected. But everything was great. I wasn't really hungry so I ordered the sweet potato fries with avocado and bacon. Wasnt fond of the seasoning but overall it was good.

The burger was very, very small, but I got it and onion rings and a drink for $12, which is $$ but not unreasonable. Both food items tasted fantastic.

Fantastic burgers and fries. Sweet Potato fries are excellent, too. Cool counter service restaurant with beer and wine selections and a neat atmosphere.

We have gotten Local 27101 for lunch at work a couple of times. Every single time they are outstanding. The quality of the food is great, the service is great and even the messaging and online ordering is great. They are always super appreciative for our business. The one time they left out an order they had it to us within 5 minutes and apologized profusely. This is how a place should be run. I would highly recommend the Carolina Burger and the fries. Love the Office with the German Shepard :)

I work downtown and have eaten at Local several times. It has always been delicious and the service spectacular, but today I tried something new and it was a game changer. The fried chicken sandwich is amazing. Get it. Also, for grabbing a quick - good - lunch downtown the price can't be beat. You would pay just as much or more for ONE sandwich and a drink or a side (not a full meal) at Jimmy Johns.

This is a lovely little joint in the downtown area. The local burger with sweet potato fries and a side of the local sauce is legit! I highly recommend it. The drink offerings are minimal, but not lacking. The staff is friendly and the wait isn't bad at all.

Always love it here. The Cobb Salad is WONDERFUL!!! Service is usually pretty quick, but you can always call it in and eat there. They are very good about keeping to the timetable they give you over the phone. Can be loud inside, but on a warm day, the outdoor dining is great!

I ordered my food close to 2 pm and they still took my order and held the doors open for me to get there and were the nicest people EVER! It was my first time trying them out and definitely not my last. Excellent service! I am bringing people with me next time. The food was FANTASTIC! Definitely adding to my faves list!!

Absolutely loved this place!!! The manager Lawrence went above and beyond for us and especially helpful for my vegetarian friend and nut allergy friend so they could enjoy a delicious meal like the rest of us. The Carolina burger and fries were my faves along with the Shower Beer. So good!

Simply one of the best places to get some local raised and somewhat healthy styled Burger food. It's very straightforward, but that's also kind of what is amazing about it. If you don't want fries the sandwiches can be bought on their own. And the chicken cobb salad is one of the most delicious filling salads I've come across. It's such a mixture of fresh and flavorful.

It is a unique place to eat because they stamp the buns with "Local 27101." The food is tasty, the interior is very clean, and it has a cozy feel to it. Lastly, the price is expesive averaging $12.50 per person, but it is a worthwhile experience to eat once in awhile.

I've visited the restaurant several times and always enjoy the food. My Mason brothers and I stop here for lunch during our annual state-wide meeting in September each year, but you have to get there before 11:30am, because it gets busy.
You know what they say. The best restaurants have the longest lines.

First impression is this place will be a routine lunch spot. Salad was great and reasonably priced. The woman behind the counter was on fire. Perhaps the most efficient I've witnessed in a while. Seating can be tight at lunch, but don't let that stop you. Get there early and then get your afternoon coffee and dessert next door.

Quiet and quaint this location is great for healthy fair and southern classics. The food tastes fresh to order and the staff is personable and helpful. Located in the downtown area it had a nice mix of artistic flair and trendy Cafe atmosphere.

This is a great establishment, the waitstaff is friendly and knowledgeable, all their ingredients are sourced locally and are always top-notch.
I ordered the Wagyu Burger, which was fantastic, thick, juicy and cooked just to my liking- Medium
For the side I got a choice of potato; Roasted, Smashed or Frittes. I opted with the fried option and was quite pleased with the thinly sliced potato strings accompanied by seasoning that just made them delicious.
The food here is not just food, each meal is a creation, individually crafted by the experienced kitchen staff, meant to be savored and enjoyed. If you are looking for a top-notch restaurant with very good quality food this is the place to go.

Very personal service here. Saturday night was not at all busy with a couple other restaurants near by at 45-90 minute wait times. I don't understand why?!?! This place has awesome food. Good wine. Good atmosphere.

Anytime I’m craving a salad, I head over to Local. Their Cobb salad is so fresh and delicious- their burgers are amazing too - you can definitely tell they care greatly about the quality of their food!

The food was delicious, and the owner was extremely accommodating, and found us a place to sit while the restaurant was full.

It's a tad pricey, but it's worth it as soon as you bite into it. The atmosphere was nice and casual, and the staff is friendly.
