Great buying experience today. We worked with Dallas and came away with a car and deal we love. No hard selling, no games.

Hello all. My wife and I bought a vehicle from the Greensboro Flow in 2018 and our oil changes are free. This location is much more convenient and relaxed. We dont put a lot of miles on our van as this is our 3rd oil change since we bought it in 2018 and we do change it every 5k. We were given incorrect information from someone at the corporate call center. If you want better service, call them directly.

We had a minor issue which was corrected by the Service Manager and his skilled and knowledgeable staff. We are very particular about our van as it is very sentimental to us and for that reason we trust all of the folks at Flow Import/Value Center off of University Parkway.

The waiting area is huge, see the pics attached. It could use a coffee bar. It may have been there, and I didnt see it. We will be back.

This place is awesome! Super nice guys with lots of spunk to get things done. I will recommend to anyone looking to buy/trade. The best experience by far I’ve ever had with purchasing a car. Thanks again Shawn & Todd.

Nearly two years ago I was in the market for a used car. I went to Flow auto center on the advise of a buddy of mine... I spoke with kevin Bruce and he found a great little Honda that was perfect for my budget... later when my wife needed a car I went back and Tom Turner took great care of her. We have taken her car all over the state even though it had high miles... the auto tech right next door said the vehicle was sound.... we lovr going to the auto center and even our kids liked the place. We continue to send our friends over to the flow center and so should you if you want a good vehicle at a great price

I had brought a car from flow import center off university pkwy 3 years ago and it was a awesome car no major problems at all I also got a great deal then and I just brought another car today !!!!! And I got a great deal again, the two gentlemen that was awesome and caring really help me with looking for a car not just selling me anything, but was helpful with finding me a car in my budget and just took their time to make me happy and sharing information about the cars and not rushing me to just get anything but helped me know about the cars things that i didnt know and helped me find my car that i needed and have now, and so thank you Mr Kevin and Mr Tom I appreciate you all kindness, I recommend if your looking to buy a car go to university pkwy to the flow import center they will get you right!! I look 2008 hyundai santa Fe for sale. I Take it to NTB mechanic for inspection, it need a tie rod, alignment, new battery, (had jump start at flow, and again at NTB,battery in it no name brand)and has a oil leak. What quality recondition process? Going back tomorrow to talk. I just want give up looking,and keep my old car

Purchased a vehicle for my son in July. It is now December and we still do not have tags for the vehicle. Dealership claims they are working on title paperwork. Sold a vehicle they did not have the proper paperwork to sell! Now we are stuck making payments on a vehicle that cannot even be driven! Stay away from this dealership!!
