I dropped off my 2015 F-150 XLT Eco Boost for the 100k service on a Thursday and I was just doing preventative maintenance, which included servicing the transmission. While serving the transmission, the vehicle stalled out multiple times and it lost reverse and they called me and told me that they would need to drop the transmission and possibly have to replace it. They asked me to take a loaner truck and they would update me Monday, after they had the transmission specialist come in and take a look at it to find out exactly what had went wrong. They called me on Monday and told me that they would need to replace the pump, because that appears to be what had failed while doing the transmission service. I spoke with Kyle the service manager in person, He assured me that they would do everything in their power to make this right! He had to make several phone calls to higher ups within the Ford company. They did not charge me for the transmission service and they went above and beyond to make sure that the issue that had been caused while they were doing the transmission service was at no cost to me! It ended up, leading into me getting a new pump for the transmission and a new torque converter and I only paid for the 100k service and resealing my rear differential, which is what I plan to pay originally.

Kyle The service manager is phenomenal, I would Highly Recommend Parkway Ford North, for any and all of your service needs!

These guys will make sure that your done right and you won’t have question there ethics!

Cannot express enough, if you are going to go to a Ford in Winston Salem, go to Parkway Ford NORTH. From the second Ed greeted me at the door it was a great experience. Brad and Paul couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. In addition, the customer service in the service area at Parkway Ford North is always wonderful. I have never had a bad experience at this location.

Took my wife's new Bronco into the service department and worked with Chad. Couldn't figure out why the running lights were shutting off when the turn signal was being used. Chad researched it for two days as nothing was in the owners manual to explain why it was happening,. After two days Chad finally figured out that it is a safety feature on this car. He treated my wife with total respect and kept her informed the entire time during the two day process. The rest of the service team was very friendly and quite accommodating. We will not hesitate to return to Parkway for future service needs.

Bill Overman and the staff were excellent to deal with. Due to supply chain issues in 2021 and 2022, special ordering a vehicle from the factory requires a tremendous amount of patience. Many dealers are adding ADM pricing to vehicles because of this and the resulting low inventories of new cars on their lots. Parkway Ford did not add any ADM to my sticker, and continued to honor the price we agreed to when I ordered. That resulted in no unwanted surprises when I took delivery.

Having a knowledgeable and straightforward sales staff makes all the difference! Highly recommend them!

I took the liberty to transfer my service needs to Parkway Ford North at a time when Dylan Crosby changed locations due his professional demeanor, as I found and still find to this day EXCELLENT customer service and customer care. Kyle and his team are very professional, accommodating and have that "can do" attitude that goes the extra mile for the customer. Each and every interaction with this TEAM is and always has been a positive experience for me. This level of Customer Care is not easily found in retail today, so hats off to the Service Team at Parkway Ford North for a job always well done. I have been using Parkway North since I bought my car back in 2016. I prefer to stick with the same service advisor since I find it helpful to build a relationship with that person. Dylan Crosby is the advisor I work with now and my experience with him has been top notch. I had some warranty items taken care of recently and he kept me posted on status and got me back in my Explorer as quickly as he could. Kyle is the service manager at this location and he has also been helpful and friendly to deal with. I'm very pleased with the level of service I have been provided and I appreciate working with people that will communicate openly and help me get my vehicle back out on the road.

I came to the location with a problem with my windshield wiper in the rear. Didn’t know what to do went to the parts department and they indicated that the part that I had was correct with the service manager Kyle went above and beyond and instead of just telling me to bring it in for service he actually took care of me and pry the piece off that I need to put my new windshield wiper blade on. I will be coming back for future service thank you Kyle.

I can’t say enough how well I was treated today at this dealership. They made my experience so easy and made me feel so special. Last car I bought in 2015 was at a buy here pay here due to my credit. Ended up paying over double for what the car was worth. My credit isn’t great still on the poor/fair side but i had worked very hard the last 3 years with my credit accounts and paying on time to get where I am. Pleasant buying experience I have ever had with a dealership. One lender decided not to approve me because once we submitted my current working hours due to COVID. They called and explained the situation directly with the lenders until the had an approval. The whole time time nothing was ever negative. I have been through several buying experiences with my daughters and they say well do u have a co-signer do you have more money. And then u end up in a car that u weren’t even interested in because that’s the one they got u approved for. Terry was above amazing and made my whole day with his great personality! Everyone so was nice! They made sure the car was filled up with gas and recleaned before I arrived back to pick up. And when I pulled in they had my beautiful new Cadillac waiting for me all shiny with a big red bow on it. It just made me feel so special and worth all my hard work to get to this point. It was the extra little things that made it so special and made me feel they really cared about my happiness and not just selling me a car. Thank you guys for everything today!

We had been there to purchase our Acura TL; it was a great experience. Ed Woods gave us a warm welcome creating a very friendly environment, haven't felt commercial at all.
Brad gave us good deal on our car and Scott helped us to get good interest rates and explained us many details which we were not aware of.
Overall we are very satisfied with this visit and would consider to go there for our next car as well.

the service department deserves more than 5 stars. i have had a minor issue with my 2018 Fiesta and they have gone way above to get the issue resolved. i now know if i need service for my car i can have peace of mind to be taken care of. keep up the great work and thanks again for taking care of me.

Kyle and his team are the best! When Kyle transferred from the Peters Creek location, I started taking my Ford vehicles to Parkway Ford North. I have never had a bad experience at Parkway Ford North. Kyle and his service team have always been supportive with any concerns on my Ford. I have three Fords and I take all 3 to Parkway Ford North. Their service is excellent!

Really want to thank Kyle Voyt, service manager at Parkway Ford North for helping me resolve a problem with my 2019 Ranger. After starting out with the other in town Ford dealership service department it was refreshing to have someone who would not only listen to my concerns but actually believe I had an problem. I also took my Ranger into another local Ford dealership. When the technician said, "these Rangers are really nice! This is the first one I've ever seen!", I knew I was still in trouble. Kyle researched and found every TSB Ford had available but none solved the problem. I finally decided to throw parts at the problem myself with Kyle's support. He went over and above by driving my truck home to experience the issue himself prior to doing the work and again afterwards to confirm the resolution. After they effectively fixed my Ranger he went to bat for me with Ford CS and got the repairs covered under warranty. So after 8 trips to various dealerships the Ranger I was ready to dump is a vehicle I love to drive! Knowing all the grief I'd been through he even had my Ranger detailed before I picked it up!

Needless to say, I'm very pleased with Kyle and his crew at Parkway Ford North. Would highly recommend them for your service needs. It's great to see that great customer service still lives! Thanks Kyle!

Great place. After having such issues at the Asheboro ford we brought our truck here. They check it out for no charge and found the issue to be covered under our warranty and it only cost us $100 to fix. Asheboro kept telling us it was going to cost thousands. Parkway ford now has a customer for life. Great service. Everyone is wearing a mask and is super friendly.
