Insurance is always a pain. The Elizabeth Soots team, particularly Carolyne and Tanesha, have banded together to help me facilitate a multi state insurance changeover that was no small feat. Between refunds across three products and states to initiating new policies while simultaneously ensuring I kept up to date on payments for five products, the team carried me every step of the way.

Really and truly, they’re a great team, and I wish they covered more states, so I could take them with me everywhere I go.

We have used this agent / office for several years and we have had excellent service. I ran into an insurance snag at 4PM on a Friday and Kristian solved it smoothly and quickly! Kristian did not rush me in any way and I felt extremely well taken care of, despite the fact that the office was closing soon. I have been with State Farm for about 25 yrs. Moved here from California about 6 years ago and signed on with Elizabeth. They are a great great place to deal with , most of my dealings have been thru Text or phone. Have delt mostly with Carolyn she's great but all of staff are.

Tanesha is literally the best. Both my mom and I had the pleasure of talking to her while switching my insurance from Geico. She had a bubbly personality and was very customer service oriented. Tanesha went over everything with us and explained all the ins-and-outs of the new policy; She also made sure we understood it all and was happy to clarify/ answer any questions. I saved some money through the switch and would happily do it again.

Tenisha was absolutely wonderful. She helped with every question and beyond. She is absolutely Wonderful agent and I thank her so much for taking her time to explain and help us with no rush. Thanks again for your service and time.
