I took my computer to the store to find out what I need to do in order to get my sound back on my computer. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable, he told me that it would be an hour and he can add a driver on the computer. Excellent service and I will be going back for other repairs.

Great repair service

Called them up on a Friday evening and asked for a cable that I needed for my lap top. They said they had it. Quoted me a price. Asked them how late they were open and was told 7:00 PM. The time was 5:30 PM. Told them I would be there in less than an hour. Said that was fine. Got there at 6:20 and found the open sign on. Went to the door and found it is set up so that you have to ring a bell as their technicians are usually working in the back. Rang the bell, nobody came. Called them and just got an answering machine. Hung around and rang the bell every few minutes for about 15 minutes. Never came to the door. I drove for 30 minutes to get there. Terrible customer service. I suggest you go some where else for a needed product or computer repair. I went to Best Buy and they were fantastic. Businesses like this need to be boycotted. Too many other places to get what you need.

I gave them 1 star because I had to. External hard drive went down. Work around the corner from this place so I thought I’d give them a try. Walked in, gave them my story, and hard drive. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing, I stopped in. There was a different person at the desk than the one who helped me. When I asked about my hard drive, he knew NOTHING (literally 😕)!!! After calling and speaking to the owner/manager, it was determined that my hard drive was never labeled, never looked at, and was placed in a box of other unlabeled hard drives. I was furious! Told me there was no way they could determine which hard drive (there were over 10 in this box) was mine! Just like that, I lost years of my baby’s pics as well as other important things I had stored on there. The owner spoke to me as though this was somehow MY fault...

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR COMPUTER AT THIS PLACE!!! I decided to drop my computer off at this place for a minor repair that included fixing hinges that popped out the left side of my computer. A few days went by, I called countless times to check in on my computer and the lady who answered the phone always had an excuse on why my computer hadn’t been fixed yet or sometimes they never answered. Long story short, this place returned my computer to me in HORRIBLE condition. The problem was not fixed and the technician has ruined way more than what was originally broken. I REPEAT, do not go here!!! Horrible business.

This place is a joke ! They tried charging me 195 to repair charging port on my laptop I told them I wasn’t going to pay that much then she called back saying they’ll drop it down to 125! Automatically I knew then they was on some bs! Took my laptop to Wireless Repair on Natural Bridge & Taylor they charged me 45 ! Avoid this place I think they smokers ! 💉💊

Very poor customer service. They 5worked on my laptop ancient back up my information before they upgraded my system. And they didn't own up to it. This told me I told them to not back t up because I didn't need them to. I've called the office several times to speak with the owner who refuses to call me back.

This guy does not know much about technical software repairs or is lazy. Went in with a driver issue on my touchpad, asked him to make the latest driver work, and all he did was uninstall that driver to the original one and called it fixed. That's not what I asked for, a factory driver is not very useful for a touchpad, and he charged $50 just for a simple uninstall. Useless

WARNING these people will do shoddy work to your computer not to mention never stay in touch with you to let you know the progress of their work i put my laptop in to their care the first week of september and did not get it back till january 15 the laptop still isn't fixed right was suppose to be a simple screen fix i have had to put the computer back in the shop a more professional shop i might add they gave me the worst customer experience i have ever had to deal with i will never use this shop again do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere these people do not care about their customers

Horrible! very unprofessional, disrespectful and argumentative. They have my daughters laptop now for two weeks claiming they're on a call for weeks straight. Now they wont answer the phone im pissed! Im reporting them

no character, no class, never on time. repairs don't last long. band aid service at a premium price.
