Mom's Chicken Sausage

Have had chicken sausage and Italian ground chicken, they both were delicious! Used ground chicken in spaghetti and as burger patty great for both. Wonderful flavor it was hard to stop eating it while making sauce. Placing second order will add breakfast sausage this time.

The first time I had their chicken sausage was at Taste Stl Fair downtown. Once I got the opportunity to bite in it I hopped right back in line. It’s packed with sooo much flavor!

Very good!! Hot, lite hot, and signature has so much flavor, as does the breakfast links. Will be trying the italian here soon but I'm almost positive that they will be just as good as the rest. Price is better than buying brats at the store. Side note, my wife hates brats AND chicken, but likes these.

After seeing this company advertised on the news, at first I was very excited and eager to support it, but that was immediately turned into extreme disappointment, when I found that they are not officially open and the address listed is to a residential facility with no visible signs of business, etc.

After calling several times, I was only able to leave a voicemail and finally today (Wednesday) I spoke with a woman who told me that they are still looking for a place to officially open the business but that I could place an order online and depending on what was ordered and the quantity of the order, I could receive the order possibly by Saturday.

I think perhaps they should've waited until they were "officially" open to begin advertising the business or state this information when being interviewed on news shows (or even on the voicemail service) to prevent the company from being viewed as a false advertiser.
