I brought my car in to be serviced here. The staff here were so polite to me and I’m not even from this area. They treated me as if I was their own family! I don’t recall the woman’s name, but I believe it was Amanda. She was the best! I will definitely be contacting her manager and requesting she gets a pay raise. She was so helpful even when I was being difficult. Definitely earned my respect! Thank you so much!

I had a great experience in the Service Center at Bob King purely because of one of their professionals, Lisa! She made sure I got a loaner, made sure the problem with my cars A/C not working was noticed and fixed, and made sure to update me along the way. I haven’t received an email for her survey, but 10/10 for Lisa, she deserves a raise

I recently purchased a Hyundai Elantra from Bob King Hyundai. Throughout the process, I had a wonderful buying experience with the dealership. Mia Wallace was the sales representative assigned to me. Mia is diligent and extremely knowledgeable about cars. Mia spoke with me the morning of the car delivery date and she managed to pass on my service requests(like detailing) to the service department and prepared the car for delivery. The finance manager Bob was also helpful and he is definitely one of the coolest finance managers I have seen, as he was not in a rush to complete the process and answered all my questions patiently. Based on my research, I think I got a good deal for my car from Bob King Hyundai. Overall, the dealership cares about its customers and respects the customers' opinions and requests. I wholeheartedly recommend Bob King Hyundai.

I only recently discovered Genesis, but I loved the style, the comfort, and the warranty. Ready to trade in my Merceds-Benz E-class I investigated the local Genesis dealer, Bob King in Winston-Salem NC, and BOY! I was glad I did.

My new G80 is every bit as comfortable as the E-class was, and will be far less expensive to own.

But the real pleasure came in the dealership. Dealers come in all varieties, but Bon King Hyundai-Genesis was better than any I have dealt with before. The salesman, Christian, was very knowledgeable and helpful, but with absolutely no pressure. And he got me a fantastic deal. I thought here comes the manager to reject my offer but NO! He improved on the deal I already accepted.

Then when I was finally ready to buy they brought my car to me, at my house, and picked up my trade. The manager, Justin, sat at my dining table and we filled out the paperwork. They said when I need service, even regular maintenance, they will also pick up my car at home or work and return it when done.

I am extremely happy with the car and the deal. Too bad all dealerships aren't as professional as Bob King Genesis.

James was wonderful as a salesman, making sure I was confused along the way. Along with the team, he and Bob king made buying my first car one of the best days ever.

Mixed emoations about this place. But reflecting on how things went down I m happy about this place. I'm more talking about the service department. I took my car there for checkup and threw manager tells me that they had a accident. Add the tech was pulling it out the shop a car came by and hit my car. The service manager Mike made new feel at ease and took care of everything. He was always calling me to tell me the status of my car and made sure I had a loaner car in the time being. The car was brought back to me clean and in working order like nothing happened. If you have a Hyundai I would take it there in a heartbeat. They really take care of their customers and cars.

Excellent service. My car’s handle came off during the recent ice storm, and I brought it to the service center. George Hazen was great and fixed it up right there in under 5 minutes!

Matthew and all staff were engaged and courteous and quick to ask if they could help with our transaction matthew followed up after the sale.and the dealership was busy and somehow they multitasked with out being stressed or rude all paid attention to the customers the process was time consuming so expect to spend several hours and once you make a deal the process is quick all in all the sale was pleasant however the inventory availability was limited and price was almost non negotiable if you research before you buy the sales staff will explain your options kudos to matthew and the sales staff for being focused and professional I will be happy to buy again from bob king NOOOOO BODY will be as.
