Fantastic Collision Center

I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs damage repaired on their vehicles. They repaired 2 damaged areas on my 2013 Honda Accord that was caused by 2 different people hitting my car. They worked with both insurance companies to get the repairs done right. The car is perfect. It looks just like it did when we bought it brand new. They also did a complete cleaning inside and out. Excellent customer service and very nice people to work with.

Took my ‘06 F150 to Fantastic Collision Center to have the front end repaired for a deer! To say that I was pleased is an understatement. Gary is a stand up guy and this shop made sure everything was correct from start to finish. Highly recommended Fantastic!

Gary made a very stressful situation so much easier. He did an amazing job on my car, it looks brand new. He treats your vehicle like it's his own or one of his family members will be driving it. Thank you so much Gary and staff for making my car whole again!!

Incredible place and incredible people to deal with. Most helpful and honest place I've taken or had taken via tow truck because of an accident totaling it out however they really helped the carrier see the actual value of my vehicle which is very difficult in some cases. I'll refer them whenever I can!

I received an estimate that was typed up and explained thoroughly. A couple weeks later after scheduling an appointment to get my car fixed, I drove to Fantastic Collision Center and he told me that he couldn't fix my car all. He stated that he couldn't replace and repair my bumper (although it was on the estimate) and that he didn't even have a bumper for me. Additionally, he stated that he wouldn't have been able to complete the work within three hours although he told me it would have taken three days when I received the estimate (which is the timeline I expected and I am not sure where he got three hours). It was such a weird and unprofessional experience. I won't be going here again in the future.

Stopped by to get an estimate on my truck. It had been hit by a school bus and had damage to the bumper. The older gentleman that greeted me seemed less than interested in helping me at all. He asked if I had a claim number and walked out to look at the damage. Within seconds of looking at it he said, “I think I’ll pass on this one.” I get that some jobs are not as profitable as others but his unprofessionalism really turned me off. There are plenty of hard working shops out there that deserve the work over this place.

Went in to get an estimate on my car since it has a few dings and a few chips in the paint. The only guy in there asked how he could help me and I asked if I could get an estimate, he looked out at my car in the lot and told me "I'm not interested in working on your car" I was a bit shocked by his comment so as I was walking out the door I said "wow that was rude" to which he then chased after me to the parking lot yelling at me how I came in with attitude. I was confused and said "I'm sorry does my money not spend here, you don't want my business?" His response "I don't need your money"
I've never been more confused when trying to get work done on my car. My guess they're not interested in working on nice cars and doing quality paint jobs. Just insurance slam jobs.

Wow! The seemingly smug person that answered the phone actually chuckled at me when I explained that the couple that hit my wife wanted three estimates because they might want to pay out of pocket. He asked what the vehicle was ('06 Cobalt) and said that quite frankly, they wouldn't even be interested in looking at it! Less than a 60 second conversation and I understood how they operate. One star because zero stars is not an option. #Insurance pays better, #pompous beyond repair!

Worst customer service. I called just to see if I could stop by and have somebody look at my car since it was involved in a hit and run. The guy who answered was extremely rude and wanted to argue even when I kept trying to explain what happened. I asked if he just wanted to argue or should I go somewhere else and he told me to go somewhere else. Extremely rude. I just want my car fixed.
