I bought a 2009 Used Jeep Sahara from Hayes and couldn’t be more happy with the experience. What was most significant for me was the fact that there were several issues with sensors and the battery upon getting the car. Hayes did everything in their power to drive over an hour back and forth multiple times with my car, as well as going above and beyond with making sure the issues had solutions. The last couple weeks the car has been running like a dream and I know that if there is another issue I have a reputable dealership here in Hayes to protect me. I will be referring friends and family.

Brought a 2018 Tesla Model S this week from Hayes Family auto. They were selling one of only two 2018 Model S priced at under $25K in the US. They were exceptional to work with. No pressure sales. They lowered the cost of their dealer fee so my purchase price would stay under $25k and therefor qualify for the $4K used EV tax credit. They also agreed to hold my deposit check a day to allow me time to move money between accounts. The icing on the cake was literally icing. They sent me on my way with awesome bakery brownies! Would buy from them again in a heart beat.

Update: unfortunately the screen on my car started malfunctioning a couple weeks after I bought it. Hayes was extremely prompt in helping me remedy the issue under their included 3 month/3k mile warranty. Very happy with my experience. Truly five stars!

Absolutely amazing expierence with this dealership! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle through a dealership and the staff made the process easier than I could have imagined. They are very down to earth and walk you through the process so well. I plan to try to go through them any time I need a vehicle in the future. Highly recommend!

Spoke to Jay about this vehicle before driving an hour and half to get down to see it. Happy to see it was still there when we arrived. They checked my driver's license, gave me the keys and told us to go have a nice ride. We liked the car and price, though the price online was different from the windshield price we were given the lower price. Buying a used car is always a little nerve wracking. It seems you never quite know if the car you’re buying will last longer than the trip home, and many car lots don’t instill you with a lot of confidence. Hates Family Auto is different. Quality vehicles at a fair price, and they treat you with respect. Dylan and Pam helped us find the perfect truck, and were professional from beginning to end. Can’t recommend them enough!

Wonderful experience! The team was welcoming on our arrival, and Jay had our selected car waiting and ready to test drive. I an very impressed with Hayes Family Auto. They are so kind and patient. I appreciate the level of care they give and their honesty. They already have Carfax info on their vehicles so that you don't have to worry about it, which is so great! The warranty they give is a nice bonus as well!

We could not be happier with the Honda Odyssey Touring we purchased from Hayes Family Auto just about one year ago. A week ago we bought a car from Hayes Family Auto. We are both in our 60s so it goes without saying that we owned several cars in our lifetime and had mostly unpleasant memories from previous experiences with selling/buying cars at dealerships. So when the time came to trade in my old Toyota, we were less than thrilled to go through the same process again. But we were up for a surprise. This time there was no usual pressure from the salesman. The whole buying and financing process was quick and easy. We thought we would never say this : it was truly a pleasure. Actually we have never left a review on a dealership website. This time we cannot recommend them enough.

Got a 2010 cadillac sxr from hays today and I love it. My sales person Dylan was very nice and gave excellent customer service throughout the process. Definitely recommend going through them and using Dylan as your guy!
