Sunshine Baptist Church

I have attended Sunshine Baptist for about a year and a half. I did not grow up in the church and for about 15 years I was a false convert. So, when I was saved and born again by Jesus, the accuracy of the Word spoken and taught became very important to me. Sunshine, has Biblical teaching with loving and caring members of His family to help me laugh, love, question, and grow in becoming the incredible creation that God has planned for me and anyone who becomes a child of God.

Finally, I would encourage ANYONE to become a part of this community to grow as a Christian or to have some of the most loving and non hypocritical people I have ever met introduce you to Christ, our Lord and Savior.

I have attended Sunshine Baptist Church since 2013 and have found it to be the most loving and truly Bible based church anyone could asked for. I feel the Lord brought me here because I needed a closer relationship with Him and the people I was worshiping with.
If you are looking for a family based church or just need to come and pray, we have a lot of knees willing to bend down next to yours.

I challenge you to come visit. I know you will leave with a warm hand shake and a smile on your face, just because you have made new friends, and heard the word of God.

Sunshine Baptist is an awesome church with kind people! I’ve attended Sunshine for around 2 years now, and it has been the best church experience I’ve had. The church is a welcoming community and I am thankful for the relationships I have there.

This is a wonderful place to make your church home. It is overflowing with loving people! It is a "simple" church in the most beautiful place in Southwest Missouri. We have the warmth of a small country church but it is a part of the greater Springfield area. Please come and join us and see what I am talking about!

This is the most wonderful church. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. Please don't hesitate to visit on a Sunday morning...you will feel the spirit of God in this church. It's the real thing without all of the show biz that is in so many churches of today.

We visited this church the week before Easter. The people were warm, welcoming and kind. The message was doctrinally sound. The location in Springfield, MO is convenient and easy to find. Very sweet church...we will be back!
