That's not everything that actually went pretty well like I had nothing negative to say about them, not one thing!
They made sure my health and well-being was attended to
At the best of their ability and then some!! From the chick that that got my blood with the first hit,Amazing, thank you!!! Normally everywhere else takes atleast 4 to 5 times of sticking me. To the young gentelman at the front counter that gave me the right paperwork to the right fax number to send my income papers too with a greeting smile and comforting welcome and goodbye!!! To the doctor and nurse that actually brought my awareness and knowledge up to speed with my illness and the care it needed!!!! THANK Y'ALL SO MUCH

I had been sick for approximately 3 weeks, going on 4, so I finally decided to go see a doctor. First off, because I had at least 3 symptoms, I was required to take a covid test, which came back negative. Next, I got to sit in the lobby waiting room for about 10 to 15 minutes. Last, I sat in the waiting room for about 10 to 15 minutes. I got a prescription for antibiotics, and an antibiotic shot in the hip, which helped tremendously! Overall, the wait was well worth it, and I got what I needed to help me get well! Thank you Dr. Griffin! 😷💉💊🥼👓

Most of the providers I've seen are very caring & thoughtful. I've seen Nurse Practitioners & MD's. I did have an 'unpleasant' encounter with one NPR (that I won't name) who examined me & didn't records some ofthe findings correctly...I have had tests & other examiners that prove that she lied in my record. Though to be fair, she shouldn't have even seen me bc I've also been told my issues are too complex for an NPR.
Overall, the staff are very friendly, bilingual, & are more than helpful whenever there are questions.
I DO wish they would record the billing in the electronic system to allow access to patients. It seems to be difficult to reach billing staff at all.
Their prescription assistance program has literally saved my life since I couldn't afford my meds w/o them.
Love this place really... & my doctor is the best!!

The doctor and staff were great! Everyone that works in the front are very helpful. The doctor I saw takes his time and explains everything well. Definitely will be coming here from now on.

Everyone was extremely nice, Doctor was awesome,very concerned, the only issue I have is I had a biopsy 2 weeks ago and still no results. Hoping they call soon!

They are the nicest people working there.I had to pick up an rx and forgot about it and they close at 6:00 o clock I got there at 5:59 she still was happy to wait on me. Thank you sweet ladies.

EVERYONE, of the staff make you feel like family. I've been going there 17yrs &, will continue 17 more, if God is willing😍Thank y'all very much.

If I COULD IT 0 STARS I WOULD DO JUST THAT. I came here because of a co-worker insisting that this would be a good place. I'm new to the area, so I should have read reviews first. They tell you to come 15 minutes early to be seen 2 hours later. Every last person that came in after me has been seen and yet I'm still waiting. If YOU WORK, AND DECIDE TO COME HERE. TAKE OFF THE WHOLE DAY! IT SEEMS LIKE YOU WOULD DO BETTER SCHEDULING A WALK IN OR NOT COMING IN AT ALL!!!!

The worst experience ever. Do not come to this location. Manager only wants to make money and do not work for the well being of patients. Providers only wants to make money.

I feel Robbed! I went in to see Dr. Williams for the first time, I did not feel welcome, did not feel in good hands, she was not nice, almost rude. I told her I had Fever, Sweats,Diarrhea,Stomach Cramps, I was in Bad shape! She only game me a COVID TEST! that was negative and when I asked about Flu she said it could be sent me on my way! I spent $135 on a Covid Test! I immediately went to the ER. I have the Flu. Stomach Virus, severely dehydrated and low blood sugar. Now I owe Thosands. I don't expect miracles, but It's like Williams didn't even care! She made me feel like i was a burden and she couldn't be bothered to be in that room for more that 2 seconds. Never again
