Update: a month later I needed to extend the rental and Melanie was also very helpful. She consulted with Maria who was off and I was all set for another month.The process literally took 5 minutes. In addition, Melanie gave me directions to a nearby car wash. Very helpful. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you!!

After seeing all of the reviews, I have to say, I was a bit nervous to rent from this location. Not many options in Hattiesburg, so I kept my reservation. I picked up my car today and have ZERO issues/complaints. The lady who helped me was very polite and pleasant, the car was clean and a nicer car than what I even reserved.

I’ll be retuning the car in Biloxi. Hopefully the return is as easy and painless as the pickup.

They Upgraded me because the vehicle I was supposed to get didn't come in. Staff super nice. Great rate.

I am very pleased with the professional courtesy provided by management and employees, each time we rent. I have rented several times over the past year, and am always satisfied with their customer service, and willingness to go the ‘extra mile’.

Melanie was so nice! She helped me out since I had so much trouble with their sister location in another city. I have seen the reviews and just know it is all in how you approach people. I explained to Melanie that I had been contacted by Budget about my upcoming rental by a very RUDE employee. Melanie took care of my problem. Next time I need a car, I will be driving to Hattiesburg to see her!

Service was amazing I came in 2hrs early and they had my car ready and clean. There was even a complimentary upgrade and very kind and swift customer service. Wonderful experience and they returned my wallet after it was discovered in their parking lot. Thanks guys keep up amazing work!

Had to change my car there was no problem and the female staff was friendly. She got me a better car quickly.
