Ramada by Wyndham Winston-Salem

Rooms are great and knowing that they are doing improvement at the same time as running a business I understand certain things to be great staff beautiful lady checked me in.stores and restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was great. Just might need to defumigate the rooms for the roaches they were not bad but you could always see one come out every now and again so a little the defumigation for the roaches because they do come out not bad but

Antawanette the front desk agent was absolutely amazing. She went the extra mile when she could have just said that the amenity that I was looking for is not available at this site. She made it possible for me to be in the best position possible for a comfortable stay and a great nights sleep. The hotel was clean, beautifully updated, and comes highly recommended. There is no doubt when I return to Winston Salem for my next Wake Forrest football game I will be staying in the Wyndham by Ramada on Akron Drive. Five stars nothing less!

Location threw me off for a second, but the front desk ladies, Christy and Bernice, were super nice and friendly. The rooms are amazing and I'll gladly come back again especially after renovations are finished.

This hotel seems to be hit and miss. The first time I stayed I had a room on the third floor and it was immaculate and smelled great, I even met the lady who had cleaned it, I think her name was Kai. The next time we stayed we were on the first floor and the room was dirty, the sheets were stained and had burn holes in them. The floors were disgusting and sticky. The employees are always polite, friendly and helpful.

The room was nice and clean, bed was nice and comfy. Rooms are updated and remodeled. Keisha the receptionist was really great! I will book again.

I cannot rave about the staff enough! Although the hotel is undergoing some renovations and it makes for some slight inconveniences the staff more than makes up for it with their pleasant attitudes and willingness to help. The manager is extremely nice and accommodating as well! If you are looking for an affordable place to stay, I would give this hotel a try.

No complaints. Very comfortable bed. Nice size room. Nice size TV. This is our second time staying there and we look forward to staying there again.

Rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was fairly large. This hotel is an excellent value. You won't find a better place to stay for the money.

First time here. No problems. Great wifi, clean room, great sleep, nice people. Hall smelled a bit like weed, but it’s 2021. I recommend!

Berenice was extremely polite and helpful upon check in and providing instructions for everything needed in the area! First class🙏🏿

JERRY THE KITCHEN MANAGER IS THE BEST HOST EVER🥰👍🏼🙌🏼He accommodated my little crazy 4 year old…supper friendly gave me everything I wanted for breakfast making sure I was happy with everything❤He’a AMAZING so pleasant..he was also here last time we came few WKS ag meant to write a review then as well,got too busy at home LOVE JERRY🥰😇❤

And very accommodating they were very understanding seeing that I overslept and all.they weren't mean at all loved this place!!!
