Out of every business I've ever shopped at who would have thought the best customer service would be from a quaint little shop online?

I've never stepped foot into this shop but, now it's on my bucket list!

I had a shipping issue and the team got back to me after hours - within minutes.

I'm so satisfied with this company!

Enjoyed my visit here; a very welcoming place to come to. Everything is organized to fit what you are looking for from soaps to bath bombs to car fresheners with a variety of looks. The aroma coming from this store is very welcoming and I highly recommend it.

I bought the luffa soap in the scent Passionate Kisses and I love it. My entire apartment smells like the soap when I walk in. I ordered 3 more items in the same scent because I love it so much. I’ve never had a soap that stays smelling so nice. I also got gifts for my boyfriend and his parents as well as my parents and they have all loved it. This is a great small business to support!

Although I did not get to experience the store, I was able to come across these hidden gems at zeb's in North Conway NH, let me just say these are the best shower bombs (I use them in the tub as a bath bomb) so relaxing great smells and no additive of colors I had purchased the 12 pack of the heart shaped variety pack I absolutely love them, only suggestion would be to place a buisness card or address on your products as some people are not so internet savvy, I will order more for sure!!!! glad I found your site keep up the amazing work on your products ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love their products! My favorites are the shower bombs (serenity and migraine relief), sugar scrub and goats milk soap. I have very sensitive skin and their products don’t cause me to have a reaction of any sorts. Everyone in the store is always so friendly and helpful. Old Town Soap has become a family favorite in our household!

This place is amazing. A must go to place. The decor is amazing, from the second you walk in I feel like it takes me to a mystical Olde time store. I can spend hours there browsing all the homemade soaps , body sprays, creams & lotions etc. Their scents are unbelievable. A must go to when passing through China Grove, NC........

This was our first time in this store. We traveled from Salisbury, and they had exactly what I wanted. The woman that helped me was so sweet to my kids, and their store looks like a Christmas wonderland. It was beautiful!

Your new website is great! This is my 3rd time buying your shower bombs and have given some as gifts. They are awesome! The elderberry syrup is great also. I'm trying a few new things this time and can't wait to get them!

This store was absolutely stunning! When you walk in, it is almost as if you are transported through time. The decorum is very warm and inviting, and there are shelves full of wonderful, handmade bath products! The smells and colors were delightful! They had a plethora of items to choose from, some of which include bath bombs, shower bombs, body whips, lotions, lipbalms, loofahs, oils and even jewelry! The owners are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet! Please stop in!

The products here are amazing. My wife is in love with the bath bombs and I love the lotion candles. Beth is one of the most genuine and caring people you could ever meet. Go in and check out the store and I promise you won’t regret it.

I initially had a small problem placing an order and using a promo. A few days later I received a call from the owner. He wanted to make sure I got my goods at the right price. He went on to thank me for my business and even sent me a bonus with my order. You can’t ask for more than that! Highly recommend this company.

They have sooooo much more than soap! Beard oils and balms, pomades, hand creams, lip balms, linen sprays, shaving cremes, and the only thing that matches the variety or products is the number of scents to choose from. Most items had specials where the more you get the cheaper they are per item. Previously I had been using an online subscription and making visits to specialty stores but now I can get everything I need, locally owned, made in store, and all in one place. Win-Win-Win!

Really cool store. I got my wife and daughter several Christmas presents from here. They have a large variety of different fragrance soaps, lotions, body sprays etc. Really nice and helpful staff as well.

Love the Kannapolis location! Bath Bombs are the best I have ever tried (yes way better then lush). So thankful to have them in the community!

Beth was very kind and helpful. The soap works very well. It lathers up nice and rinses clean, not greasy. It didnt dry out my skin. I was also very impressed with the glycerin hand therapy in the perfect man scent. My hands get very rough and desert like from work and and the hand therpy restores them to an amazing condition without being greasy. Im not one to leave reviews and hard to impress, but these products are worth every penny.
