Dr's. Are great, staff is great!!!! Billing department is a nightmare!!! It's sad when your given 6 months to a year to live and fighting battles on what they say you owe.. We reached out with 20 phone calls yes 20 to settle this we finally got a grand total paid the bill but here we are getting calls from collection's No wonder Babtist has been reported to the attorney General according to the news media. My wife even went twice and spent half a day trying to provide billing records where we paid to no avail. Time to find a better facility.
