Always a great time here. Delicious food and great drinks! Hayden is always awesome with his service. We first went on our anniversary and again the other night with another couple. We both wanted to share a plate due to food portions. They actually divided the food and brought to us on our own plates! I've never seen that before and just knowing that level of service and detail exists makes me rave about this place even more. I definitely recommend this gem. We had the crab dip as well as the land and sea and it was incredible.

Excellent food, atmosphere is calming and soothing.

The seafood bisque was superb - loved it.
Red Snapper was very tasty and new to their menu on a regular basis this year.

And the free brownie for my birthday treat - not needed, but welcome ended with a smile for both of us.

First timers Heather is an amazing server, girl was all over the place working tables and the bar. Me and my finance went for our anniversary of 6yrs. The steak was seasoned well shrimp not chewy. We will definitely be back again and even the manager came out to help this is what I love to see.we left a generous tip.Thank yall for all you do.
Also the bathroom were immaculate.

Great place, great food, and great energy! From the greeting and hostesses to the post dinner bartender and in between…absolutely fantastic! The food was very good and fair priced with good portions. Our server Haley was extremely attentive and efficient, very timely with her checking on us. She took great care of us during dinner and even honored a special request for packing our leftovers to make a long road trip home. Visiting from out of town, but if back in the area would definitely go again!

Great service, wonderful location and food! Boyfriend LOVED the downtown burger and he can be a pretty harsh food critic! The tomato vodka pasta was also great as well as the cheesecake. Would love to return when visiting Winston Salem again.

What an amazing experience! The wait time wasn't long and our server was very attentive without being intrusive. My date had the chef special and I had the beef tip risotto. Food tasted exceptional and prices were reasonable! Loved to visit from out of town and will be coming back!

Arrived for dinner in a Wednesday night. They weren’t too busy and we were seated upon requesting a table.

We ordered the bread basket, grouper, filet mignon, and salmon. The food was great.

Our server was new (trainee), and he did well. The food did take a while to arrive but that didn’t bother us enough to rate it any less.

As we walked to dinner we were passing many architectural appealing buildings, we saw one that had beautiful large windows with wide dark brown trim and soft lighting pouring out from the inside. We commented on how nice it looked and before we passed it completely, we realized it was Jeffrey Adams! We turned around and entered into the quiet and slightly empty restaurant. That initially had me concerned, but that concern did not last long.

We were seated at a large booth- big enough for 6 or 8 adults. It was comfortable. Very quickly the rest of the restaurant filled up.

Our waitress was very attentive even as it became busy. She provided thorough information on the menu. I ordered a 4 oz filet minion medium with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables. My friend had the crab dip. I also couldn’t help but order a Pama Paloma because, why not?

The filet was cooked to perfection. The right amount of red with mouth watering flavor. The outside was seared with the perfect amount of crisp and salted just right. The inside was soft and juicy. The mashed potatoes were soft with some skin remaining. Together with the steamed mixed vegetables (green beans, onions, brussels sprouts and broccoli, thinly sliced carrots), I ate every single bite! The Paloma was the right amount of tart compared to the savory dinner.
The biggest and most reading surprised was the crab dip. As Marylander, we have high expectations and this did not disappoint!
We highly recommend Jeffrey Adams for way more than the initial architecture appeal.

If you want a nice atmosphere for a business ess lunch or fancy date, this is your spot. From the first floor or second floor seating to the more intimate barrel room, this place has it all. The drinks are great and the food is on point. I got the grouper which was cooked wonderfully. I highly recommend when you want to jazz things up!

We visit Jeffrey Adams at least 4-6 times out of the year. We've had pretty good service most times that we visit. The food is delicous. They changed the menu this last time we visited, but I like the changes.

The first picture is their Land and Sea menu item, which is offered as 4 oz steak, but for $10 more you can get and 8 oz steak.(In my mind why not pay the extra 10 bucks to have 4 more oz), Butter-poached lobster, bearnaise sauce, sea scallops, with a vegetable medley which seemed to be sauteed aparagus, brussel sprouts, and red peppers. It was a lot of food for the price point and very delicious. I also got the crab cakes as an appetizer, it was okay. I expected a larger size and more flavorful, but it was okay.

Also pictured is the seafood piccata. There was scallops, shrimp, and lobster in a tomato sauce. (I had this dish in May 2022) I only wished I has more linguine,

In town for a convention and wanted to go to a place close on a rainy night. Home run! Jeffrey Adams on Fourth was a wonderful place to enjoy the evening. Their signature cocktails started the evening off nicely. Steaks were well prepared and the vegetables cooked perfectly. A second round of cocktails with the apple fig crisp dessert topped off the meal. Service was on point. Thank you Scotland. Excellent dining experience and highly recommended!

Made a reservation to sit outside, arrived super early and was seated. We actually asked to sit inside since we were so early there were very few people. Service was great. My water was refilled frequently. Food arrived at the table hot!! Bonus points for steaming food!! The bread and butter basket was super tasty! The Seafood risotto was really good, the scallops were the winner in this dish. My bf’s steak looked great. He wouldn’t share 🤷‍♀

Great place for dinner. Atmosphere was awesome. Service was good. Food was excellent. Definitely sit upstairs. It's on a corner street so windows everywhere.

Excellent food and service. The Dirty Goat is hands down the best dirty martini I've ever had- not too salty and their local gin is smooth and easy on the palate. The turkey and brie sandwich was so good- the jam was an unexpected flavor that perfectly complemented the rest of the sandwich. We shared the cheesecake- it was perfect- smooth and fluffy and not too sweet. I would definitely recommend them for lunch- I didn't see the dinner menu, but based on the lunch quality, I would 100% be willing to go back and try it!

Winston Salem is a little limited on restaurants but this was a nice find. I had the Seafood Risotto. My friend had the salmon. Both very good. Craft cocktail was good as well. Recommend.

While I was hoping for slightly bigger portions, at the same time everything was phenomenal. I ordered a cocktail, a house salad, the Mac n cheese and the berry crumble dessert.. oh my God it was all extremely good tasting, and crafted very well. The bar tender is excellent and knows how to make quality drinks. This place is a little on the expensive side but it's worth the price point. Wow! And I ate at the bar! Definitely recommended!!!
