RedMed Urgent Clinic of Olive Branch

Our experience was very good. The receptionist was very kind and efficient. We were seen quickly and tested for strep Covid and flu. My daughter was positive for flu and medication was called in. We also received the doctor’s note I forgot to pick up on the way out via text and email! Very good clinic

Started having issues on a Friday and unable to see PCP before weekend. Was told there would be a wait up front at RedMed but I needed to be seen. Best care ever!! I will be forever grateful for the care and concern I received. I wish I could use Jordan as my PCP - she was the BEST PROVIDER!!!

I will be going back! This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at an urgent care clinic. The front desk staff was friendly and personable. The medical staff was knowledgeable and understanding. Just so you know, they are capable of taking more then just cold and flu patients. I was turned away from other urgent care clinics because they didn't have the ability to help with a half torn off toe nail. They saw me quickly and removed the nail perfectly.
I did go when they weren't super busy, so I was in and out. Didn't have to waste the day hanging out at the doctor's office. Busy or not, everywhere else has taken hours.

Wait time was less than 10 minutes. Staff was amazing. Dr.Martin and the assistant was great. Very knowledgeable about my diagnosis! Gave me info on what I needed to do until my meds were ready. The office is nice and clean. I would recommend!

I went on Saturday 10-14-2023. Nicole was so sweet and polite. Then Jordan Shanahan NP came right in and was just as sweet and polite. They cared about my pain level alone with my well being. They worked together and I was so appreciative because of them. They took GREAT care of me from being to end. I would recommend this place to the world. Thanks Nicole and Jordan

Great facility! I arrived around 6:15p and was able to get checked in and seen within 30 minutes. The staff was knowledgeable and polite. My prescriptions were sent over to the pharmacy with no problems.

I called to check on wait time. The receptionist was very kind helpful and clearly explained no wait at this moment. When I arrived, one person made it beefier I did, so there was a short wait. The staff was all kind and helpful. The business was very clean. This is always my go to when I can't get to my PCP.

Miss Kiara was so very helpful. Such a happy voice to talk to ,very knowledgeable, respectful, and understanding. I’ll definitely come back here. The customer service and treatment was amazing and the wait is short. Thank you so much you made my day better.

I love coming here. The staff is always so friendly & helpful. This is one of the only places where if you’re a walk in, you still get seen with urgency. It’s usually not a long wait. This isn’t even my closest urgent care but I would rather make the drive because I trust them.

I was in severe pain. The staff was empathetic and reacted quickly to find the reason and resolution. It felt like family.

Yes, I sat and waited approximately 40 minutes to be roomed (they were busy). The ladies were GREAT. This was my second visit in 3 days. I was getting worse, but now 24 hrs later I am back to feeling 50 percent better.

Was seen in less than 30 minutes about a problem I've had before and the Dr remembered me. Very professional and efficient. The office and rooms were nice and pleasant. Better than going to any hospital for sure.

The facility is very clean, the associates working the front desk were very nice, it didn’t take long for them to see me and also the NP asked me several times were there anything else she could do to help. This clinic makes you feel welcome they show their concerns and treats you as if they care about your illnesses. Keep up the great work…

Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I have been multiple times with myself and my kids over the last few months and every time we’ve had such incredible care that has also been so quick and accommodating. These nurses and doctors are especially polite and have great bedside manner. Thank you for taking care of us so well!

I’ve been sick a week. I reported to red med last week and received nice treatment but was assured of my condition wasn’t better I could return. Upon returning, Jordan Shanahan, Fnpc saw me again and was still very familiarized with my situation. She sent me to the ER but still followed up with me via telephone. It was nice to feel like I was made sure I was taken best care of.

Great experience. It was a slow day so I was seen within 15 minutes. Staff was polite and efficient. Nurse and NP listened and had great bedside manner. I was dehydrated and received an IV.
