Kroger

I went to the pharmacy. They are the best. I drive past Scott a dozen pharmacies that are closer because the people there are so nice and helpful. Hunter, Zach, Theresa, Linda, Trina, Justin, and others (sorry I can't recall all of your names) are just awesome. Thank you for your tremendous service. You're the best, BY FAR!!!

Great Kroger location. Isles are a little cramped. It would be nice if they got the smaller carts as an option. I do like there plastic carts. Nicer, then the metal ones back in GA. Found everything I needed. Lots of smiling faces from employees and fellow customers.

A little goes a long way. I stopped the store manager Rocky to ask what isle an item was on and he told me and asked if I wanted him to get it for me. I said no I will get it but to my surprise he brought me the options they had for me to pick from; that really made my day. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

The store was stock and the employees were really nice. As a Travel Agent I love the fact that I am able to do Market Research. I love Kroger.

Unlike Walmart's unprofessional employees, Kroger’s employees are friendly and happy to open the sliding door and give me an item quickly. Easier checkout! 5-star! They are awesome!

By far this is the most cleanest, organized 𝗞𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵. I can find everyone and anything I need if not the staff will definitely help you. As a 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 I love being able to do Market Research for my Clients.

Great place to shop, very fresh produce

Always a pleasure to shop at my local Kroger! The staff are always helpful in all departments. Never an issue finding that hard to find item. Even the flowers are fresh and affordable.

I enjoy shopping here. Also depends on time and day of week. Only thing I domt like is that the lines get long waiting on self checkout due to closed assistant lanes.

I don't usually post reviews, but I just had a very pleasant experience in my Kroger that is worth sharing. The young man who checked me out, Xavier in line 8, was just a perfect representative of Kroger. He was very attentive and respectful and took special care in making sure my groceries were bagged correctly. With him doing so I realized how long it's been since I have experienced this kind of pride and care - I miss it.

Nice well-sized grocery store! Almost always in stock of what I need, and AWESOME GIFT CARD SELECTION!!! Better than Walgreens. Only negative thing is they never use enough registers. I always use self checkout. 8/10 👍

Absolutely love Kroger!!! Great customer service, quality selection of food, produce and meats. Kroger brand products are quality products which allows you to save money vs buying name brand. Lines are always quick, self check out is always open and easy to use. The pharmacy is always prompt when filling scripts. You can't beat their fuel points program, which makes already low prices on gas even better! There is so many more great things I can about Kroger but better for you to find out yourself! (Ps I don't work for them, I am just a long time satisfied customer)

The Olive Branch Kroger is where I've shopped for almost all of my groceries for the past 10+ years. The store is clean and has a good layout that makes items easy to find. The employees are always helpful. They have awesome sales, and I love that the app gives customers digital coupons ON TOP of paper coupons and their weelly discounts! Its helped me save a good bit of money!

1st time using the online ordering-pickup, and I will be using a lot more in the future. 1st 3 times are free, after that it is $5, but even then it will be worth it. I bought $122 worth of groceries and that would have taken me at least 1 he an a half of meandering thru the store!!! Plus checking out. I pulled into the designated parking spot for p/U, called the number, lady came out went thru the items they substituted for more expensive products at the lessor price( 4 items totsl), loaded groceries and was leaving the parking lot in less than 5 minutes!! Awesome savings of time, defiantly worth $ 5 after my first 3 uses are free.

I always have a good experience at this Kroger. Even on Christmas Eve, 30 minutes before they closed, although they were really crowded (as expected). They were fast, organized, well stocked, friendly and professional.

I have only been in this store a couple of times now, but I must say the store is very clean and the staff are very kind and helpful.
I am a caregiver for a wheelchair bound veteran and the store employees treat him so kind. Thank you Kroger!😊

The store was great and those new shopping carts are a huge win! Wheels that resist rolling in the wind🤩🤩🤩 my car approves!!

The pick-up employees are very courteous and helpful.
I'm concerned with the substitutions, every timeout I order something on sale I get a substitute
I am on a walker so I love the pickup service.
