Harnischfeger Park

Awesome little park! Only 9 sites, very "intimate" (you get to know your neighbors!!) VERY spacious and easy in/easy out! You can't beat this place for what they charge and get electric and water hookups! Shower building was great although the water temp was a little unpredictable - will it be freezing cold or melt your face off? Who knows. Owners/camp host were very friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning!

Great little campground in a county park. Very affordable, and has mini golf, disc golf, hiking trails, a canoe/kayak launch on the Rock River, a boardwalk out to the river, volleyball courts, and a really nice playground for the kids.

Always a great experience here! Hosts are so friendly and accommodating, showers/restrooms are top notch!

Beautiful clean park with lots to do.

The park is well maintained and super clean. A kind gentleman works at the park and is very considerate and helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

Beautiful scenic park, trails, disk golfing, mini golf! , hiking, biking picnic area, fire pit, camping!

There is ample space for camping out and some great features for a day at the park. The access to the Rock River is nice and is a great place to kayak or fish.

We camped from Sunday to Wednesday and we couldn’t believe how peaceful it was. Not to mention how beautiful the park is and how well groomed the trails are. We can’t say enough good about this place! The people that take care of the park do a tremendous job and everyone is so friendly. This is a great family camping spot and we for sure are going back.
You can go there and spend the day, walk the kids and/or dog around on the trails, play miniature golf, kayak/canoe, play some disc golf, have a picnic and it won’t cost you to get in. They do ask that you leash your dogs at all times and it was $1.00 for miniature golf. Enjoy!

Wonderful little camp ground! Quiet. Cute little mini golf course just fur fun! Good fry fire wood ! Great host brought the fire wood right to my site!

This is a great park to camp or visit. You can rent kayaks, canoes, play frisbee golf, horseshoes and miniature golf. It also has several walking trails. The park is well kept and the three hosts that we met were fantastic! I plan on going back again!

This is a really small and quiet spot for some great camping. It was recommended by a coworker, and I have to say it was definitely worth the trip. The only thing that I have to say negative about the trip was that the river level was extremely high and the boardwalk was closed. I guess I will just have to go back when the water level goes back to normal to fully experience all this place has to offer.

We had our family reunion at the park, and my family loved it. There's a ton of space for the kids to run and play, and the bathrooms are kept very neat and clean.

I love Harnischeger Park. We spent a season as hostess and park attendant. We continue to go back as often as possible. Great place to canoe, kayak, camp, disc golf, mini golf, horse ride and great walking trails.

Beautiful park with wonderful amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful. The group site is amazing for scout camp outs- spacious, flat for tents and very affordable!! No park fee to enter, beautiful trails. I would give ten stars if I could!

Nice quiet park to exercise and train dogs. Also this park is great for photography and I have captured the most amazing sunset there.

Always love this place great spot for winter hiking because unlike most areas around they allow hiking in winter but still have a great ski trail groomed. Lots of deer qnd birds. My wife and I see alot of barred owls. Fall harvest fest is really unexpected how big it is. Mostly driven towards families with kids. Tons of old farm demos with old equipment. Great place to kayack for bird watching in spring and the board walk is and easy must for any visitor. Can easily get muddy or flood with rain leaving some trail impassable.

What a wonderful park! We were there for a wedding reception and the building and grounds are clean and well maintained. The disc golf course is lovely and the mini golf was lots of fun. We weren't able to do much exploring due to some flooding, but what we saw was beautiful.
