The doctor and the staff were absolutely amazing! I had quite a bit of dental work that needed to be done and not only did they complete the work with my needs in mind, but they were patient with me. I have always been very afraid of dental work and they were so patient and understanding at every visit. They were very attentive and proactive with everything. They extracted teeth and filled cavities and I was well taken care of and the pain management was unbelievably perfect! I can’t say enough good things about this dental office!

I have not been to the dentist in about 14 years. Dr Chris is awesome and his team has put my mind at ease with dental anxiety. I have had old fillings replaced. New ones done as well as wisdom tooth removal. All done pain free and in a comfortable setting. Dr Chris makes quick work of dentistry, no laying around half the day in jaw strain. I would not hesitate to recommend his practice and I am very pleased with service. Thanks Ballinger dental!!

Reading these reviews and I’m just like WOW! We haven’t had a bad experience here at all! We came to Dr. Ballinger because my son needed a root canal to save a tooth. He’s 13. Well, after being in excruciating pain for over a week, we stumbled upon this place and he was seen the following day. Zero complications with the root canal, no complaints of terrible pain afterwards and my son was alert the whole time. Dr. Ballinger and his staff were super friendly! I chatted with him and his nurse throughout the whole procedure and never once noticed anything out of the way. No rudeness— nothing but professionalism. He explained everything to both of us as he worked and I do believe we will consider him our new dentist.

My son is 9 years old and has been going to Dr. Ballinger since he was 5 years old. I absolutely love going here and my son does too. He doesn't dread going to the dentist because they are just that great and make you feel so comfortable about anything they are doing or anything else they may think needs to be addressed about your child's teeth. They made me feel at ease whenever I have been nervous about him needing anything done other than a normal cleaning. I highly recommend this dentist office anytime!!

I see some negative reviews but my observation has been this office has to deal with a lot of difficult patients wanting something for nothing. I found Dr.Ballinger through my insurance. For the past year I have been in a few times and only had a wonderful experience. The people are friendly and professional. I only waited a few minutes before being called in each time. My dental hygienist is awesome! She makes you feel like you are a close friend. I look forward to seeing her again. I would recommend this dentist to anyone who needs one. Dr. Ballinger is a great guy, and doesn't pressure you into getting expensive work like some dentists.

Hadn't been to the dentist in over 7 years (ashamed) and needed some emergency dental work. They got me in quick and made sure i was comfortable, have had 2 extractions and can say i was very pleased, was offered more numbing at the slightest hint of pain and everyone was very friendly. Look forward to my next visit. Took away my extreme fear of the dentist.

I’m reading the negative reviews and don’t believe them. I’ve been coming here for years since I was 5 until now, 20. I’ve only had one negative expirence with a hygienist being too rough (I haven’t seen her working there anymore), Dr. Ballinger is super funny and makes me feel comfortable. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed, they were very professional and kept conversating with me to keep me relaxed as well as asking me for any discomfort. Overall I LOVE it here. *I’ve seen comments about staff being upset due to cell phone usage or phones not being turned off, there are signs literally everywhere telling one to turn off phones, therefore there shouldn’t be an excuse as to not having them off or on vibrate*

Dr. Ballinger is the best dentist anyone could ask for. I have been been a patient for 5 years and each visit is exceptional! Today was my first root canal and I was terrified, after sitting in his chair it was so quick and ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN at all!

I highly recommend anyone to seek his services. He and his staff are so friendly, caring and professional!

Dr. Ballinger is professional and his staff is efficient and sweet. They work with you to make sure you can have a healthy smile and wallet. It's a busy place, but they do their best to work you in same day. Can't wait to take my son here for his first checkup so that he can have the same good first experience that I did!

I have always been treated professionally by this dental office. I respected the no phone rule; the last thing I would want is for a dentist, hygienist, or assistant to be distracted while using sharp objects in my mouth. Therefore, there were never any concerns with staff regarding that issue. Staff were respectful, supportive, and informative regarding procedures. I have been a patient with them for many years, and I am grateful for the great service they continue to provide.

I have been more than satisfied with every visit to Dr. Ballinger's office. The staff always makes me feel more than welcome. The doctors are fast, friendly, and efficient. The assistants go above and beyond to help through each visit. And the hygienists work tirelessly to keep my smile bright and shining. Absolutely love this place.
