I could not have asked for a better staff. I wasn't treated like a patient. They love what they do. They care about what they do. They treated me with empathy. They really cared about my pain level. They saved my tooth. Offered me other resolutions and clinics because I dont have insurance. The sliding scale is worth every penny. Fantastic team of people. I am beyond grateful and thankful.

I have been a dental hygienist and a patient at this clinic. They are nothing short of a blessing to winston salem. The employees genuinely care for the patients and the dentist is outstanding. Dr Stanton is an excellent dentist and I still refer my patients to her. Lauren, Loretta and Mckenzie are so kind, caring and patient. Kia works hard behind the scenes to ensure patient equality and quality care. Give these folks some patience when it comes to serving the community....they are overbooked most of the time and getting every patient in and answering phone calls is a challenge when you are understaffed. Kudos to y'all. Keep rockin'

Kindness and patience are the hallmarks of this clinic! I am on a committee sponsoring a refugee family who speak little or no English and are learning to live in American society after years in a refugee camp. They have extensive and serious dental issues and this clinic has been wonderful!

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr.Smith and her staff. My daughter is 2 1/2 and the care that she showed her was amazing. Very professional with a mother's loving care approach. I would give more stars if it would let me.

Had my extraction on 5/6/2020, and was great. It was quick and easy. Also, the doctor called me back to see if I was ok after fears of a dry socket.

The folk at cleveland ave dental have been nothing short of a blessing from me. They've helped me so much over the past few years. Highly recommend.

The dentist was very caring. I broke a tooth and she got me in and took care of it within a day. I was not a client prior. She made quick work of it and did an efficient job. Her helper is a little high and mighty. But she chilled out eventually.

Only accepting 8 patients per month 🤦🏾‍♂ the lady was nice though and did explain throughly.

The dentist here is amazing. She is very compassionate and gentle. She really cares about her patients. I did have a not so pleasant experience with the hygienist. I'm not sure if her name but she has blonde hair. She was quick, rough and very blah. My teeth are very tight and if she couldn't get the floss in with one push she just moved to the next one. She didn't even polish or floss my teeth correctly. I know I can do these things at home but it's the point of the matter.
