Kimono Japanese Restaurant And Sushi Bar

I really enjoy this place because the hibachi plates that I order here are a little different than most places.

For example, the chicken in the "Chicken Hibachi" plate is a little bigger than your average plate at other places. The steak of the "Steak Hibachi" has a very tender texture and good flavor. It feels like it has a little more quality here than your average Hibachi place. It has a nice setting and the prices are good too here. I highly recommend trying it. I haven't had a bad experience yet, and I've been 5 times so far.

Everything was delicious. We had the Crab Wonton Delight, Deep Fried King Roll, Caterpillar Roll, Spicy California Roll. Everything was delicious. We definitely did not pay attention to the time we got there until we placed our orders. The realized they we’re closing in 25 minutes 😳🤦🏾‍♀. But they still took care of us and didn’t make us feel rushed. The manager there was pretty cool too.

As far as chain sushi goes kimono is hard to beat. I've been to two other locations, (north Winston and clemmons) and so far I can confidently say this one is the best. The service was good and the sushi was huge and delicious! Nice spot and we'll definitely return.

The best sushi I have ever tasted. The avocado tasted so fresh as if they just picked it and served it! I don't live in NC, just visiting but I will definitely come back if I were to visit again. Amazing service and best quality food.

I usually order Postmates from this place, their Hibachi combo is really good.

First time for me and my family to be there but my brother and his wife been there several different times but my experience was great the food was off the chain service was excellent don't have no bad comment to leave!!!!

Had a meal here for my nephew's graduation. They took care of all 14 of us in a timely manner. Fresh, hot food and great service were what made it special. For the price, you get more than you pay for.

This is our favorite Japanese restaurant in Winston! The food is delicious, service is very fast and professional, prices are reasonable, atmosphere is great, and the location is convenient (at least for us). Highly recommend!

This is gonna be my new favorite place to eat. I came here with my husband and the service was amazing. We were given an extra plate without asking bc the waiter could tell we were planning on sharing the food, we were given containers to take our drinks home with us by any waiter. They were all super friendly and great. The sushi is amazing, the hibachi was okay. I probably won't get hibachi here again but definitely a bunch of sushi next time! I've never had such good raw fish sushi here. Also it's so pretty inside!!! Forgot to take a picture of my food sadly bc I was so hungry 😅

We are ALWAYS pleased with the food, staff, and the atmosphere from the moment we walk in the door. We have been coming here for 5 years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend the sushi. It is OUTSTANDING; it is so fresh and is the best sushi in the area and beyond. We will continue to support Kimono on country club. The staff make us feel like family and are always so nice and accommodating with our kids. Wish there was an option for 100 star rating!!!!

First time here and I was impressed!! The sushi was fresh, came to the table quickly. Also ordered the hibachi steak with fried rice. Steak was super tender & flavorful.

The food was terrific. I had it about a month ago. Adequate portion size, and the white/shrimp sauce was delicious.

Food always fresh and hot! Service always Great. I travel across town for this Kimono, the one by Sam's club(University pkwy)not the same.

Consistently good food and fast friendly service! My go to is hibachi chicken and fried rice, but other items are good too.

Came during the dinner rush and we got sat down fairly fast. The service is amazing, our server was on top of refills and making sure we had what we needed. Ordered the chicken hibachi with fried rice and the shrimp tempura roll both were flavorful. Definitely coming back to this location!
