We really felt that Fannie went the extra mile for us in a first time home buyer's price range that other realtor's may not have. Especially for someone who has as much experience as her in this crazy housing market of early 2022. We bought in Winston-Salem but were living on the west coast. We reached out to Fannie well in advance of our trip to visit NC, we established our parameters of what we were looking for and she set us up on the NMLS website. We also spoke on the phone multiple times and went over everything from the home buying process in NC to the the local history of the area. By the time we arrived in Winston we had a lineup of houses to look at. We spent at least 12 hours on the first day driving around looking at places with Fannie, we didn't see anything feasible in Winston so we swung by her office and looked at places in Greensboro and then went over there to look. It was a short notice change that Fannie was happy to accommodate. We were only visiting for a week and were hoping to have an offer accepted in that timeframe. We met with Fannie multiple times that week to look at houses as they popped up as available for sale. Fast forward, we had an offer accepted and had to do the rest of the process remotely, Fannie was in frequent contact with us about what we needed to do throughout the process. She also helped get us set up with utilities and other important items after we were able to close on the house. We definitely got to experience some southern hospitality with her and again she really worked hard for us in a less than desirable price range for an experienced realtor. She even helped my fiance transfer from the starbucks back home to local starbucks in the area. Thanks Fannie!

This was clearly due to Fannie’s excellent ability to price the house right to maximize profit and speed of sale. Her superior knowledge of how the market works, based on her many years of experience, is her best quality. I also appreciated working with her because she patiently explained everything to me in order for me to understand her advice, which was always correct! She guided me through the process with excellent direction, but always made sure I had complete understanding and that I made all the ultimate decisions. I am thrilled with the financial outcome, which was more than 3 times what I had been hoping for.
