I've been a client for over 15 years. Their service is 100% on point. Jim has taken care of my business and personal insurance needs throughout this time. He and Kanisha are the best. The pricing has and is consistently lower over the years than other companies.

I was looking for car insurance as I had become disappointed in my current provider. I contacted Mountcastle and I could not be more pleased. I worked with Kanisha Huynh and she was excellent in providing timely/complete quotes. I started out only looking at auto insurance but was so impressed I also had Kanisha look for homeowner policies. In the end, I have switched both auto and homeowner policies to Mountcastle Insurance. I highly recommend!
