Dr is caring and really listens as I share my concerns. She asks questions wanting to find solutions. She is knowledgable, patient and kind. She doesn’t rush through the process.

Yes, it’s a small outfit but it’s perfect for me. I’d rather be here than at one of those busy clinics where you’re just a chart number.

I left this Dr. Because I didn't appreciate the micro aggressions I felt were thrown at me during my visits. I'm new to the Fayetteville area and disclosed to this Dr. that I was from NYC and traveled back and forth between NC and NYC. She implied that airfare was "expensive" as if I couldn't possibly afford it🙄She also seemed surprised that I had a job and even commented on how I had "good" health insurance. Lastly, her comments about my neighborhood in NYC were off putting-she said it wasn't very "nice" before gentrification came about. I told her not all parts of Harlem were "bad" before gentrification. Highly offensive and very ignorant to make assumptions like that-not to mention unprofessional. So, I decided to move on to a new physician, but in the interim, I asked her for a refill as my new Dr can't prescribe until I see him in a month and a half. After having her receptionist call to grill me about why I was leaving and who my new Dr. was, I was told to go to urgent care for a prescription. I was able to do so through my "good" insurance via MD Live, thankfully. Just sharing my experience with this provider-be careful if you defy the stereotypes of her limited mind or you may be highly offended as well.

My experience was bad because after I filled out a slew of paperwork, and the guy at the front desk lets me know my first 3 visits would not have a copay and my 4th would have a 5 dollar copay, I go to the back to be seen by Dr.Figueroa. I could hear Dr.Figueroa talking with other patients in the rooms next to me which already is alarming considering HIPAA violations but that's besides the point, and I waited for about 30 mins before the guy from the front desk comes back to tell me that he would need to reschedule me since I would need to pay a every visit until I meet my HIGH deductible which happens to be only $800 which is really not high compared to many other insurance plans I've seen from working in the healthcare industry for the pass 10 years, this was so crazy because they were not billing based on the insurance but some random number that they came up with and she never even came in to speak or introduce herself or apologize for wasting my time, she just said reschedule her I was just waiting and waiting ..After waiting almost 3 months for this appointment I now have to go back to the drawing board and search around to find a primary care doctor again, which is not a easy task in the town of Fayetteville, this Dr office is very inconsiderate of peoples time. The guy at the front was nice but they need to get their billing system more organize
